@maman we're going to a Farmers Market about an hour's drive away where we've never been before.  Looked at the menu online for the pub in the village but extremely expensive and nothing SW friendly at all so decided we'd drive to the nearest big town which is probably another 15-20 minutes drive away.  Fairly certain there will be a Spoons there, if not then we'll drive back towards home and go to a place about 10 miles or so from home where we know there is definitely a couple - one each end of the town!

Forgot to say my consultant was handing out vouchers for the SW meals this morning so you can buy them 2 for £5.  I didn't bother taking them because I didn't like the couple I tried so haven't bothered again.  Don't know if it's something they're all doing or whether it something from the local Iceland which is a Food Warehouse.

    Evening all

    Badcat well done 👏👏👏

Denise yes a sts is better than a gain but i know exactly how you feel!!

    Breakfast was melon

Lunch mushroom omelette stuffed with 1/2 heax cheese spread and a slice of ham, speedy side salad

Tea bubble and squeak, sausage 1 syn, beans, slice bacon, mushrooms , fried tom, egg and wholemeal roll hexb

Frankie i see on one of the SW fb pages, someone made loads of sausage muffins, wrapped in greaseproof paper and froze them, then took one out each day and zapped it  , might be an idea?

I think it's national @joedenise. My consultant gave them out too and it looks like they come from SW, probably to get new members to try them and they have some new products. I've got one but doubt I'll use it. 🤔

    Evening all
My prediction that I would lose the plot when I was away was entirely correct.. I was so peed off after last week that I haven’t been on plan most of the time.
    Hence the 2.5lb gain.
I’m away again next week, I’m really trying to be good and I’ve said that I’m going to go to group in Liverpool where I’m staying and at least try to WI if nothing else.
My new clothes are feeling a little tight so definitely need to rein it in.
    Today:
B: HEXB Lizi’s granola with blueberries and FF natural Greek yoghurt
Snack: Taste Inc chicken fillet things (2)
L: Mackerel, couscous and veg (0.5 for couscous) HiFi bar (3)
D- SW chicken rogan Josh, rice (2) veg. Chocolate (4.5)
    S: Crisps (3.5)
    Syns: 15.5

    Lots of love xx

    Mrs R,

Why the self distruct?  You never had a gain last week did you?

Think about the diabetes nurse, how you was going to prove her wrong 😁 you won't do that on self distruct will you? 😜

You can do it  , we don't always get a loss when we think we deserve it, just keep plodding x

I did lose last week but it wasn’t the loss I wanted or thought I had, and I was really upset but my consultant was really flippant which upset me more.

Morning all.  Draw the line @Mrs_Ryan - you can't change the past, just concentrate on the future and stick to plan.  You know it works when you stick to it but I know it's difficult when you aren't cooking for yourself.

Just a quick post before I get ready to go out.  Looking forward to going to the Farmers Market, probably won't buy much if anything but like looking around them.  May well pick up some eggs if they're a reasonable price as get through loads in a week.

    Today's plan;

    B - overnight oats - HEB; S; F
    L - who knows!
    D - cottage pie - P; S; F

    HEA - milk
    HEB - oats
    Syns - ?

    Have a good day.

Hi all. I’m down 6lb since January 1st. Really pleased with that! To keep me on the straight and narrow, we’ve booked a trip to Spain at the end of March. We booked it just before they announced testing for double vaccinated travellers would be scrapped and we picked up return flights for less than £70 each. Now the same flights are over £200 each so we have got very lucky there. We aren’t expecting brilliant weather but we can walk, play tennis or maybe even have a round of golf as long as it is dry. If it isn’t, we will sit and read and just generally wind down. It will be our first foreign trip since 2019 so I’m very excited 😊
Mrs R :- knickers to the consultant! You are doing it for you and not her so just carry on doing what you do and don’t allow her under your skin xx

I made the sweet and spicy meatballs from the new PON book. Very nice indeed and well worth the effort.
cottage pie tonight served with peas. All my speed will be from fruit today which is not ideal but I need to shop for veg.
I start an 8 day set of 11 hour shifts tomorrow so I won’t be around much until then.
    Keep at it everyone!
