Glad you're feeling a bit better this morning @ruby_eskimo.  Avocado isn't actually that bad once you weigh the actual edible bit!  Most of the weight is in the skin and stone!  DH and I shared one yesterday lunchtime and we had 46g each so 3.5 syns which in the scheme of things isn't bad for something really nice.  We've got another one in the fridge to use up but not sure when we're going to have that but it may well be a breakfast early next week as smashed avocado on toast with egg on top.

Really must add macaroni cheese onto next month's menu plan as not had that for ages.  I'm getting quite a list of different things to add in for next month so try and vary it a bit more.

Have you heard anything about your gas delivery yet @bubbs?  It's lovely and bright here but it's absolutely freezing.  I'm warm indoors at the moment but I know that the moment it starts cooling down too much my CH will be back on - I'm not freezing for anyone.  Do hope you get some gas later today.

Bedding out on the line, it was blowing a bit earlier when I first hung it out but the wind has completely dropped now so it's just hanging there, hope the sunshine will dry it!  I find it too much to have on an airer so always end up putting it in the tumble dryer, still at least it will be a bit dryer than it was when I put it out this morning!

Late check in today, busy with work and my friend and I turned a work meeting into a walk meeting with coffee   work was discussed but it was so nice to be out in the fresh air and catch up in person for a change.

Toast and jam (2 syns) for breakfast, veggie omelette with pickles again for lunch and chicken stir fry with noodles for dinner.  Good job tomorrow is shopping day as there will be very little left in the fridge!

Change of plan for lunch!  Cooked too much of the stuffing for the mushrooms this morning so have had the LOs with a fried egg on top!  At least it saved it going to waste and used less eggs - just as well as we seem to get through loads.

Well done on your pound off @Abbafan1972. 👏👏👏 That's a hearty breakfast, ideal to set you up for the day. 😁

Glad you're feeling better @ruby_eskimo but sorry to hear your gas still hasn't arrived @bubbs. I wonder if they will deliver tomorrow when they come to your neighbour? Seems too logical. 🤣

The BNS is massive. I've still got some frozen so don't need any just yet.

As expected, we went out for lunch today. DH's sister came and I knew she'd want to as we hadn't seen them for a while. I made a good choice. No starter then salmon with green stuff (asparagus, samphire, broccoli and wilted spinach) and new potatoes. It would have been perfect if I'd cooked it at home but they'd used oil to pan fry. I had a small (by my standards😉) glass of wine and then a pot of Earl Grey when others had puddings. I'm hoping about 15 syns maximum. That leaves plenty for me for the rest of the week.

Interestingly, this restaurant was part of a pilot for regulations coming in later in the year where all the calories were on the menu. DH's crumble and custard was 1000! Using the rule of thumb, that's 40 syns!!!

I did my food shop while we were out so plenty in the fridge again, although I probably won't eat much more today. Breakfast was eggs, tomatoes and mushrooms so not too bad a day. ☺️

@bubbs - think I'd jump into bed!  That's what we do when it's cold in the motorhome as it's much warmer.  Can always take the laptop with you.

Do hope you get filled up tomorrow.
