    Evening all
Still feeling a bit meh. Been to the gym today. Had a good 20 mins on the treadmill (I even managed a bit of a jog. Wasn’t too enthusiastic as I would have given myself two black eyes 😂😂) I bought some plastic clip containers. I’m going to weigh out two separate portions of my low sugar granola and take it for breakfast. The hotel where I stay is above a mini Waitrose so I usually nip in there for berries and a yoghurt (I adore their organic raspberries so it will probably be some of them) I had the hotel brekkie on NYD and I definitely wasn’t impressed so I’m taking my own 😂
    Today’s menu:
B: HEXB low sugar granola, raspberries and FF natural Greek yoghurt. Coffee with HEXA
    L: Sushi (1) Fridge Raiders (2.5) water
    Snack: Crisps (6.5)
D- SW chicken fajitas (5.5 for a WW wrap) rice (2) salad. HiFi bar (3)
If I’m still hungry later I’ll make some savoury muffins.
    Syns: 20.5 (ooops)
    Night all xx

So it is 😂I forgot about the crisps I had after the gym (needed quick carb injection as sugars were a tiny bit low)

Enjoy your trip @Mrs_Ryan and great idea to take your own food with you.  Which low sugar granola do you use for HEB?

Not planning on doing much today but need to get the bedding washed, did the rest of it yesterday and got everything dry apart from one of DH's jumpers.

    Today's plan:

    B - stuffed mushrooms - HEA2; S; F
L - scrambled eggs & spinach on toast (DH will probably have fried egg sandwich when he gets in from golf) - HEB; P; S
D - Fakeaway KFC - chicken, corn on the cob, chips, beans - P;F; 2

    HEA1 - milk
    HEA2 - cheese
    Syns - tsp butter 2

    Have a good day everyone.

    Morning all.

Not been on for a couple of days, so had to just skim over the posts.  Hope everyone is well.

Went to weigh in last night and I lost 1lb.  Was quite happy with that, as wasn't too sure about the past week (and it's time of the month as well!).

A nice lady that I've been talking to at group and she said that she'd texted our consultant in the week to ask what the lightest option would be for chinese takeway, and the reply that came back was "it's in your book".  She said she texted one of the other consultants (we both know her as we used to go to her group) and she came back with a helpful answer.

The consultant does seem nice but I know some of them only like to help certain members.

I am about to make myself a cooked breakfast, so I will post up when I've done it.

Have a good day all. x

Here is my breakfast this morning - it was delicious. There are 2 rashers of bacon under there and the sausages are Linda McCartney red onion & rosemary.

Morning all.  Well the cold appears to have gone and the weird symptoms I had yesterday were actually the start of a really early star week 😳  Feeling a bit more like myself today so that's good, just the cramps and bloating to deal with now.

Breakfast was poached egg on toast with the last of the avocado (just using it up @maman 😉) and then lunch is the last of the sausage tray bake.  Dinner is macaroni cheese with bacon and a salad on the side.

Hope you all have a good day.
