    How are you feeling today @Coxy11?🤔 You need to conserve your energy if you're to be up for that big walk next week. 

    Hope you're having a good time in your bijou residence @joedenise? I've stayed in Torquay a few times and it's a nice area although I thought the town itself was a bit run down. Two things I'd recommend are the steam railway from Paignton and Greenway, Agatha Christie's house.

    I think my meals today could be a bit HEA heavy. I'm not going to measure but the stroganoff only needs 5 tbsps. of Primula (shared between two of us) so I might be OK. At least with wine syns I'll be drinking less tea tonight.😉

    last night I made a potato bake thing (cubed potato mixed with Mediterranean veg and tomato sauce) to go with the KFC as a change from chips. The rest of the veg mixture went into my lunch today although I added chilli flakes.

    Today's EE plan-
    B- HEB porridge, HEA1 milk, banana (F), raspberries (S)
    L- pasta bake (S,F, some HEA2) with leaves (S)
    D- mushroom stroganoff (S, more HEA2), brown rice (F)
    Syns- weekend wine😊

    1 week til Easter hols, can’t wait. My back is giving me jip, constant pain 🥺 also chronic fatigue weighing me down.  Need a break 🥴

    Hi all, 

    Glad your Dad had his op @bubbs! Hope he has a speedy recovery from the op. 

    Managed to get some steps in today, had a walk around the centre of Bristol, weather was glorious especially by the water. Had some noodles for lunch, went for the vegan option as I thought there may be less syns, but my mouth felt greasy quickly so passed that to my Husband to finish. 

    Even took 6 flights of stairs rather than the lift but my goodness that was hard work. 

    Turkey chilli for dinner tonight

    I am waiting to hear from Mum how Dad is she was seeing him this afternoon.

    There is a massive fire near here, 7 fire engines 😱😱 have gone past but no ambulances so that is a positive .

    I had a banging lunch, today was the first day i was hungry
