For some strange reason, I go on the scales when I got out of the shower this morning, think I may need to get a new battery! I know we weigh less in the morning, but 1st loss, not even in my wildest dreams  Hopefully it genuinely means a loss this evening. Our consultant has tested positive so we have the area manager, which meant things are strictly by the book So session will start at 18:45 and not a minute before.

I so wish we had a FarmFoods where I live!  Don't get many bargains in any of the shops anywhere near where I live!  The pork shoulder's a good price - if I had some freezer space I might have bought some but filled it up this week after going to a new butchers in the next town when we went to Lidl!  Also with going away next weekend don't really want to be buying any more!

Thanks both. No it's not GTQ we went through it with my BIL 5 weeks later to the day he was gone 😪😪😪 and only 58.

They have said he can have Chemo and then surgery but he is nearly 84, weird thing is mum said this week he looked so much better had put some weight back on, he was only just 9st, he has always been 10 1/2 which is light for a man but always been that weight. Fingers crossed

Jelly it was torrential here yesterday, but been nice but very cold today. Was a very hard frost -1 had a job to open car doors 😱

Lunch cheesy garlic mushrooms

Tea cauli egg fried rice, half dozen chips and sweet and sour 4 syns as a portion left
