I'll be happy if I get 1/2lb tomorrow Denise, at least it is a loss, however I feel as if my body shape is changing a lot so even if the loss doesn't materialise, I know that other things are happening, so I won't stress about it. SP's don't work for me either, although I have realised that unconsciously I have done some over the last 2 weeks and not been hungry, though that may have something to do with the time I have eaten, not missed carbs on those days, but don't think I would do it for consecutive days, suspect my body would be screaming for carbs.
Was gutted with myself the other evening. Fancied a yoghurt, which I really enjoyed, but when I looked to see what it was, discovered that I had somehow on another picked up creme fraiche, it may have been low fat, but a lot more syns than yoghurt, admittedly, they were the only syns I had that day, but when not planned, I was so annoyed, another reason to add to the hate shopping in Tesco list! Must have mixed with the yoghurts and I didn't notice as I only go in there if I really have to, which usually means I need something on my way home from work and Sainsburys is closed because Crystal Palace is playing at home

Good luck for tomorrow @Gettingtherequickly; if it isn't a loss you can claim a NSV with your changing shape and probably losing inches. Do you measure yourself to see if you are losing inches?
I shan't be doing SP days but will try to do SP meals from time to time. It doesn't help that DH always wants carbs! I probably wouldn't bother if I was on own tonight as we've got some filo pastry so that would be enough for me but I will have some mash just because it's there. There will be plenty of protein and veg on my plate to go with it though - the pie is really full with mainly chicken but I've added some chopped onion and mushrooms to up the speed. Going to serve with cabbage, green beans and peas.
Meant to say our raffle was to raise money for Ukraine so we put in what we wanted and we managed to raise nearly £250 across 2 groups this morning; her Tuesday group raised just over £100. She still has another group to do tomorrow and 2 groups on Saturday so could well be over £500 in total.
Our consultant and one of the other consultants in the area are going to put their money together and use the other consultants Sum Up machine as they are doubling anything put through it for the Ukraine effort, so should be a good sum.

Good luck for WI today GTQ.
I am off to the London office today hence the early start! I have a blouse and tailored skirt on for the first time in 2 years. Previous couple of times I've been in, I've worn an a-line dress to cover a multitude of sins. The skirt is a little tight around the the tummy - will have to practice my pilates hold today!
Food today:
B - grapes, pineapple (forgot to do overnight oats doh)
L - Mexican chicken with rice
D - chicken with mascarpone and tomato (a Tom Kerridge recipe) - 2.5 syns
HEA - milk
HEA - 2 mini babybel light
HEB - hi fi bar
Total syns - 2.5

Morning all, a lovely bright and sunny day and the forecast is looking good for the rest of the week and into next week so doing another load of washing!
Can't remember the last time I wore a skirt or dress @Coxy11 but probably the last hotel holiday abroad before the pandemic! Must admit most of my dresses are fairly loose as they cover a multitude of sins and no problems around the waist/tummy when a bit of weight goes on with eating and drinking the wrong things!
Today's plan:
B - cheese omelette - HEA2; P
L - brunch hash - P; S; F
D - steak, chips, onions, mushrooms - P; S; F
HEA1 - milk
HEA2 - cheese
HEB - none planned
Syns - ? not decided yet!
Have a good day everyone

Morning all, just hung some washing out and the rain has come on, typical! Also a busy day with work and some family commitments late afternoon.
Only a banana left in the fruit bowl! So today will be sweet omelette with said banana and f/f yoghurt and caramel skinny syrup (0.5 syns), lunch will be the last of the onion soup and dinner is steak, chips, roasted onions, mushrooms and tomatoes.
Have a good day everyone! (the rain is now battering off the windows so washing is staying where it is)
