    2 choc orange skinny crunch, or can use hi f , i warmed them in micro for 20 secs, then push into tin/dish  1/2 hexa cheese spread whip with tsp sweetener and greek yoghurt, and i added some orange essence, put on top put in fridge then i decorated before i ate it :smiley:

    I have had

    crustless quiche and 2 satsumas for breakfast

    BNS soup i made and ham for lunch

    Tea i have pulled pork on a small jacket and salad, might have some cheese as well

    Baked apple and mincemeat with sweet cinnamon ice cream for pudding hexb

    Thanks @bubbs. I'm just going to enjoy the freedom when I'm away as it's 7 weeks before I need to weigh again so plenty of time to get back on plan. 😊

    Great menu today,  sorted in advance. 👏 I like a baked apple as it's not too sweet for me. 😋

    I used passata, Worcestshire  sauce, mustard powder, 2 sweeteners, balsamic vinegar and lazy garlic, but wasn't as sweet as last time but couldn't remember what i used last time 😂....i do have a sweet tooth so would have preferred it a bit sweeter
