Thanks folks I’m fine - apart from the rage 😂 apparently my mum was 61 when she stopped and never had a flush or any bother so maybe I’ll follow.

My friend I go to SW text to say she needs a kick up the backside so I think we’ll be good for each other tomorrow!  I’m a stubborn mare so I don’t care how long it takes but this excess weight will go.

    Hi all
I was 31 when I was plunged into menopause by cancer surgery. I do not miss Star week at all! Jellybaby, sounds like an absolute mare. Poor you!
    Coxy, graduation is June :)

Well I’ve had a bit of a whirlwind few days. Yesterday I took some flexi and finished early, so I went out to collect a dress from Next I had to pick up. While I was in the shopping centre, I thought I might go and see about a new wedding ring. Mine keeps sliding up and down my finger and it’s fell off at home a couple of times. I went into Ernest Jones and chose the one I wanted (the same one as I have already but in a smaller size) and I thought I might just drop one size. The assistant fetched the ring sizer and I’ve gone down from an S to a P! That’s three sizes! I couldn’t believe it. I’ve also gone down 3 bra sizes as well (back sizes) I have discovered the wonders of Bravissimo! I ordered myself two very lovely bras and I’m hoping to get another when I’m at Westfield in London next week.

I did get a bit upset last night though as I tried a dress on in Next- it was a size 20 and I couldn’t get it over my chest. I absolutely loved this dress so I was gutted. I went back today with one of my new bras on and it fitted beautifully. I was so happy, I snapped it up. I’ve sorted my summer wardrobe now- last summer’s clothes are a 24 and none of them will go near me now. I’ve bought a couple of smock type dresses from Primark and River Island, plus the dress from Next, a gorgeous skirt from Per Una, a couple of t-shirts and some white capri leggings from Primark. They will do for now- I’m sure I’ll add to them. It’s just nice having some lovely feminine stuff- I’m sick and tired of living in tracksuits or leggings and hoodies- I wish the weather would hurry up and warm up 😂

    Today’s food:
B: Blueberries, FF natural Greek yoghurt, HEXB Lizi’s l/s granola. Coffee with HEXA oat milk
L: Sushi (1) Fridge Raiders (3.5) coffee with HEXA, water
D- SW lamb ‘kebab’ couscous, salad (0.5 for couscous) HiFi bar (3) water
S: Popchips (3.5) Chocolate (4.5) decaf coffee with HEXA
    Syns: 16

    Night all xx

    Morning all,
A wet morning here. I'm off to weigh-in - not hopeful due to star week but you never know! I'll be walking there and back - every little helps.
    Back later :)

Morning all, a wet and horrible morning here today.  It looks like it's in for the day according to the forecast!  Supposed to be dry tomorrow but we'll have to waist and see.  Want to get the bedding done this weekend if the weather is OK.

Good luck at WI @Coxy11.  Hopefully it'll be OK.

@MrsRyan - it's amazing what a difference a good fitting bra makes when you're trying on clothes.

    Today's plan:

    B - fry up - sausages, egg, mushrooms, tomatoes, beans - P; S; F; 2
L - HM burger and onions in WM roll (will also have some sliced gherkins in it!) - HEB; P; S; F
    D - butter chicken, rice - P; S; F

    HEA - milk
    HEB - roll
Syns - sausages 2; may have a couple of rum & ginger beer this evening

    Have a good day everyone.

    Afternoon everyone
Slightly earlier post from me today. I had to go to the chemist and pick up my prescriptions this morning so I went for a walk on the way back. It was lovely- the sun was shining and it was very bracing, really blew the cobwebs away. The village was quiet as well which was good. I’ve just had a nice warming cup of coffee as well- I’m just having five minutes peace while OH is washing the car. I’m off to the optician later to have my eyes tested so it’s nice to put my feet up for five minutes.

    Today’s plan:
B: Bacon and tomato sandwich (HEXB+4) Skinny Bar (3)
L: SW meal pot and veg
D- Keema curry, rice and salad (2 Syns for rice) berries and yoghurt, Choc Shot (1)
    S: Popchips (3.5)  HiFi (3)
    Syns: 16

    Lots of love xx

I'm out dancing tonight with a shared supper. Will be on plan though, because as I'm driving, any syns in the food will be offset by being alcohol free on a Saturday!! 😲

I'm going to make a big pot of beef stew this afternoon for my lunches in the next few days.

Breakfast today was fried egg and mushrooms, lunch (still haven' had it) will be LO hash with veg and pickles, dinner tbc. 😊

Sorry you've had a rubbish week but you know why you had the gain so just draw the line and get back on plan @TakeItEazy.  You know you can do it.  Good luck for this week.

Hi everyone, well I was astounded with a 1.5lb loss this morning!  Not complaining, I’ll take it😄

Food shop straight after class so the fruit bowl is looking respectable again. Have only had a ham salad roll, a couple of nectarines and coffee so far. Spaghetti bolognaise with Parmesan for dinner and I’ll probably have some roasted veg on the side as I’m roasting loads for dinner tomorrow to go with a ham joint.
