    Afternoon all

Jelly OMG!! glad i finished when i was 40 ........sorry and all that

    Coxy have a lovely holiday..

Been a mserable day here today as well :(

Just spoke to Mum and Dad seems to have turned a corner over night 👏👏 BUT he slept as the doctors changed his sleeping tablet, but she said he had not had any for the last 2 nights so unless he was just shattered, see how tonight goes. He has CT & MRI scan on Sunday, telephone appointment with doc next week. He is also complaining about his eyes now 😂 so Mum has made him an eye test for 2 weeks, he is not due really till August but they were fine with him going early.

I had fruit for breakfast, mushroom omelette /beans and salad for lunch , fake KFC for tea 😋

Glad to hear your dad seems to have turned a corner and had a good night's sleep.  Hopefully he'll sleep well again tonight which will show it's the change of tablet and not because he was shattered through lack of sleep @bubbs!

My thoughts exactly but I wasn't as young as @bubbs unfortunately - about 12 years older than that!

Thanks Denise, yes hoping it was the tablet, don't know if i told you he wouldn't sleep when he wasn't on the loo,  as was scared of not waking up 😥😥 but Mum said they did not even have the passage light on last night, when she got up to go loo at 3 he followed her 😂 but went straight back to sleep.. She had the light on as was scared of him falling, they live in a bungalow .

Dunno why i just stopped i know Mum was in her 50's when she stopped

Have a good break in Cyprus @Coxy11. Relax and enjoy your family. Follow @joedenise's mantra and just be good when you can. 😊

🤞 for WI tomorrow @Jellybaby. Have you decided whether you're going @bubbs? 🤔

Good news about your dad @bubbs. Hope he has another good night.

I've had a busy day with an early light lunch. Same some of next week too but I'm not eating out until next Thursday so still thinking of going to WI on Thursday morning.

    Today's EE plan -
B- scrambled eggs (P), HEB toast, HEA milk
L- mackerel in mustard sauce (P), lettuce, beetroot, cornichons (S)
D- sweet and sour chicken stir fry (S, P), noodles (F)
Syns - Ben's Sweet and sour sauce 1.5, weekend wine 😊
