Wooo I am so chuffed ☺  loss of 6lb.
I'm a bit amazed to be honest and totally delighted.
I know the next few weeks will be crucial for me as the 11 stone mark is for some reason a sticker for me, I have got to somehow fight the mentality and not give in, I have to get under 11 stone and then I know it moves again.
As of today I am 11 stone 4 it will be very hard I know....and I know next week and the weeks after will probably be much smaller losses or STS.
I am going to make some soup and have it for dinners, I've got loads of speed fruit so I am going to try and hammer at it this week and next.  Thanks for all the support snd help 😊

    Morning everyone,

    Well done @TakeItEazy

@Jellybaby don't be disheartened with the STS. A couple of my group took a For and Against sheet as they STS - I'm newly back to group so haven't tried this, but it might be online? If you’ve got your birthday coming up though, just enjoy it :D

I did a nice 5k walk with my friend and neighbour yesterday. Didn't have time or fancy the blueberries or apple so to up my speed intake I wilted some spinach and stirred it into the tikka masala. It was nice @maman - quite spicy actually. I don't usually like ready meals, but given it was only me eating, it served its’ purpose. I cooked 100g of rice and had half, will use the other half today.

    Today's food:
    B - Banana, blueberries, apple, grapes - F, (some) S
    L - pepper and mushroom omelette, salad leaves, tomatoes - P, F, S
    D - LO Mexican chicken with a little rice - P, F, S
    HEA - milk
HEA - 3 mini babybel light
    HEB - Hi fi bar
    Syns - mini satay sticks - 4.5

Nice and bright here so will get out for a walk again later.

    Have a good day everyone,

    Coxy

Morning all, another bright day and seems a little warmer.  We even have the van door open!

That’s an absolutely brilliant loss @Its_time.  Just stick to plan and make sure you eat enough so that you are full and less likely to snack.  The weight will continue to come off.

    Back on plan properly today:

    B - fry up - sausages, egg, mushrooms, tomato, beans - P, S, F, 2
    L - spicy chicken and salad in soft pitta - HEB, P, S, F
D - Iceland lamb shank, roast potatoes, carrots, peppers, onions, green veg S, F, 2

    HEA - milk
    HEB - pitta
    Syns - lamb shank 2, sausages 2

    Have a good day everyone.

Wow @Its_time that's an amazing loss - well done you xx

I had a crisis at Aldi as got to the till and couldn't find my card. Checked my bag - not there, so paid using my own bank card. Had a good look in my bag at the packing bench - nothing, so I put a stop on it. I wear a little backpack style handbag and was convinced someone had stolen it as the shop was really busy. Anyway, got to the car and packed my shopping, and what was in the bottom of the trolley but my flaming card! Too late! Hope the replacement comes before next Sunday as I'm off to Cyprus to see DDad and want it for emergencies.

Will have my omelette then go for my walk as need to clear my head, so stressed :(

    That's a brilliant loss @Its_time. I'm absolutely thrilled for you! 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

How upsetting @Coxy11. 🤞🏼 your replacement card comes soon.

Another glorious day here. You certainly chose the right weekend to go away @joedenise and, at last, it must feel like a proper holiday for you @bubbs.

I'm using the first of the medallion steaks for dinner tonight. They're good value from Aldi at full price but amazing value at less than £1.50 from the Company Shop. I think I'll make some of @bubbs' Yorkshire puddings too as they were such a hit last week.

    Today's EE plan-
B- HEB porridge, HEA milk, banana (F), berries (S)
L- JP (F), prawn cocktail topping (P), side salad (S)
D- HB steaks (P,S), SW roast potatoes, many vegetables (S), Yorkshire pudding
Syns- LTL mayo 1, Yorkies 2, weekend wine😊

    Thanks everyone ☺
So today, taken on board @maman mentioning speed so I have had,
Breakfast usual weetabix HEB milk HEA and banana
Dinner wraps made from ham slices and iceberg lettuce filled with tomato and cucumber 3 of them
Tea bake pot, chicken and salad with lettuce,  cucumber,  beetroot,  tomato and pickled onions, salad cream with both salads today so maybe 3 syns?
Snacks, pear, satsuma, nectarine and 2 rich tea biscuits 4 syns, 7 syns in all.
Desperately wanted a cooked dinner with yorkshires but after spending all day in the kitchen topping up the cakes, biscuits and bread situation I couldn't face making one, definitely on the cards for next week.
DH commented he knows when I am eating healthy because I made tons of biscuits and cakes and give them to everyone 😋
    Looking forward to this week.
