All I'd say @annabanana82 is that exercise isn't essential for SW to work. We had a wheelchair user in my first group and he did brilliantly. I'm not knocking exercise as it has many benefits like toning, strength and general feel good factor but you can lose without it. Personally I dance a couple of times a week and try to walk regularly (much lapsed since lockdowns ended ☹️).

I don't know about PCOS but some medications can cause problems.

Thank you, my PCOS has never really been followed up since I had children so no idea what's going on with my hormones these days.
I'll just keep my fingers crossed for Monday.

My Husband and I are starting a dance class next week so that's at least one hour of exercise I'll be getting in.

Ooooo @bubbs that sounds naughty to me, so as usual I listen to naughty things and filled that plate, now I am full to the brim.
@maman they smell gorgeous and that's just out of the packet before being cooked.  I've bought two packs so at 2 sausages a time that's 6 meals for me, all are in the freezer for now.
Hurried to lidl this afternoon and stocked up on everything free and speed.  I had a bit of a panic when I released my bananas were not going to last and knew if I run out before I could get to the shops that might be enough for me to fall off the wagon and I definitely don't want that.
So excited for my first weigh day tomorrow.

    🤞 I'm sure we're all rooting for you.😊

Bananas are good, filling, full of potassium and free so keep having them but have your Speed fruit and veg as well.

@bubbs is absolutely right about filling yourself up but with the right balance. So the more free food you have, IMO the more Speed and Protein you need I balance it. 🤔
