Well, I didn't do syns or ironing on Friday, was going to do it, but realised that the vast majority of the ironing was actually being washed so by the time it was dry, I was not going to start then, so not worth starting. Did it all yesterday instead.
However, I synned on SaturdayStarted off fine in that I had Shreddies with fruit for breakfast and had a JP with beans while we were at the National Trust site, but my friends son cooked dinner and there were far too many syns involved, he did a katsu curry, which was really nice, but there are so many people I know who don't eat veg, so there was no speed at all
I am so used to having a ton of veg, I miss it if there is none on my plate! Anyway, doing my best to reverse, to hopefully a maintain. Was interesting to look at the walking times, Saturday was a crawl in my eyes, 40' mile, yesterday was my own rate 15'!
Well done on the losses, hugs for those feeling grotty.

Well actually it's mince pies in February @maman, LOL! Only reason being there's some left in the jar! There's still some left so no doubt I'll get lumbered with making a few more some time.
I'm with you GTQ on the veg. When you eat out it invariably means no Speed especially if friends are cooking and others don't really eat veg. Even when you eat out there's rarely any Speed, just peas which of course are only Free.
I'll be happy if I can get STS this week after the weekend away but I'm definitely doing a bit of damage limitation for a couple of days before WI but won't be holding my breath!

Well the mushroom tagliatelle was a bit bland. Lucky DH and DS2 had Parmesan with theirs but I resisted. There’s a portion left for my lunch tomorrow (great!) and I will add grilled bacon

WI again, I wasn't feeling hopeful tonight but the scales were kind to both me and my Daughter. I lost 3lbs and my Daughter 3.5lbs, we also both have new front numbers - yay!
I did a rubbish grocery shop at the weekend, so need to try and get out tomorrow, I'm even more motivated to ensure a super healthy week ahead and a dance class to look forward too.Make £2023 in 2023 (#36) £3479.30/£2023
