  • Oh I will syn, it is the over synning I am concerned about!  May do the ironing as a distraction :)

Great that you got a loss @Gettingtherequickly.👏👏👏 Hope you haven't succumbed to extra syns and resorted to ironing. 🤣

Sorry to hear you've had a tough week @Jellybaby. But you're posting and keeping in touch so hopefully the coming week will be better. 👍

I'm glad the weather has picked up for you @bubbs. Perhaps tomorrow you can do something more exciting than go to the laundrette. ☹️

I should have been to football tonight but DH isn't well and didn't feel like going on my own. His leg is swollen and sore and walking is difficult. He went for ultrasound this afternoon but not DVT so that's something. GP has prescribed antibiotics to pick up tomorrow so we'll see. 🤔

I made burgers and meatballs from beef and pork mince today and put Bolognese in the SC. Burgers for dinner tomorrow and more in the freezer.

    Today's EE plan -
B- bacon, fried egg (P), HEB toast, HEA milk
    L- ham (P), bubble and squeak (P, S, F), beetroot (S)
D- fishcakes, SW chips (F), many vegetables (S)
    Syns - Morrison's fishcakes 2, weekend wine 😋

Need enough to get home and for when we get back to get DH work.

Hope DH feels a bit better soon and the antibiotics help

Thanks @bubbs. You're right to be conscious of using fuel especially as it's so expensive. ☹️

    Morning!
Well done on the loss GTQ  :)
I am going to group this morning. Not expecting much of a loss as star week is due and I feel quite sluggish. I will walk there and come back via the high street as need to get my eyebrows threaded/dyed. I've arranged to walk with a friend this afternoon too.
    Back later

I'm back from group - 3lbs off which I'm happy with. I went a bit boot camp with my syns this week, so will ease up and have at least 5 per day next week. I came home via Icel@nd and got some of the SW pork sausages as a change for the LM ones. I find the LM repeat on me something rotten (sorry if TMI) so will try these instead.

I got the latest mag and am planning a couple of meals from it this week - creamy mushroom tagliatelle, smokey chicken and butter bean bake and bolognaise rigatone. Just writing out a shopping list for tomorrow.

    Food today:
    B - poached eggs, wholemeal toast - F, B
    L - chicken satay sticks, lettuce, tomatoes, pickles - 4.5, S
    D - A!di Slimwell Tikka Masala (as only me here) - 2
    Snacks - blueberries, apple - S
    HEA - milk
    HEA - 3 mini babybel
    Total syns planned - 6.5

Bright and chilly here. I'm meeting a friend for a walk this afternoon, but first, housework  :/
    Have a good everyone,
    Coxy
