Anna I am sure the children had a good time, where did you go?

I know it's very scary with Russia, this will be DH'S new thing to be glued too, when Covid first hit well until recently he was glued to it. I think he is on the spectrum how he fixates on things.

Shame out the food, even it was naughty and you enjoy iy, but being horrible and naughty is 😫

When we went Tesco DH was drooling in the chocolate aisle, i said just get something if you want it, Do you want any he said, i said NO 😜😜

Just had tea , chciken and mushroom curry 2 syns, egg fried cauli rice and half dozen chips
@bubbs we we went to Weston Super Mare, it's an easy choice for a mixed age range of children and not too far. Their first choice is always the cinema and I hate paying to go and sit inside for two hours after doing pretty much that for the last two years.

I always think I don't suffer with anxiety but the last couple of years I'm starting to think that may not be the case,

@Mrs_Ryan there is a good sale online in Wallis atm, some items are 60% off, I have a basket full and am drooling.

@bubbs I love the look of snow and get excited for about 5 minutes when it's coming down but it is a real pain when we have it here with the animals and work, always glad to see it go.

    Todays meals:
Breakfast weetabix HEB and semi skimmed milk HEA with about half a sugar (didn't have any bananas, now rectified). Syns 1
Dinner same as last nights tea but with some gammon mixed in for taste, was much nicer.
Tea bake potato, with gammon mixed with my 30g cheese HEA and some thyme.
Snacks an apple and two rich tea biscuits tonight with my cuppa, syns 4.
Low syns today I think only 5??

Another good day @Its_time.  Yes only 5 syns but that's fine.  You should try to have 5-15 a day so you're on the money there!

    Morning everyone,

Bright and sunny here but cold. I will get out for a walk at lunchtime. DH is going away to Wales this morning - he is wild camping and walking with friends. Rather him than me!

DH and I had the bolognaise bake - it was meant to serve 4 but ended up like the magic porridge pot and I froze 4 additional portions. This will be good for lunches over the next couple of weeks.

It's just me for dinner tonight as DD is out with her bf, and DS2 is cooking for his new lady friend awwww sweeeeet!

    Food today:
    B - dark rye wholemeal toast, 1tsp jam - B, 0.5
    L - LM sausages, poached eggs, spinach - F, P, S
    D - JP, tuna, lettuce, tomatoes, pickles - 1, P, S
    HEA - milk
HEA - 3 mini babybel light
    Snacks - grapes, hi fi bar - F, 3
    Total syns planned - 4.5

    Have a good day everyone,
    Coxy
