I have another property to view this w/e. A ground floor 2 bed flat with private entrance and private garden, a share of the freehold. It is in the right area and looks ready to move into. We shall see...

Today was my last counselling appointment and family visits. All good. Thinking of accessing counselling again as I found it helpful to have support over this last year and I feel I am not 'out of the woods' yet...
Bought some treat food for my host/friend. She kindly repaired my coat and jacket. Add to my list- dry clean coat and jacket
The new buyers of the home I lost out on have asked to buy my searches. I said yes as that money will come in handy.
I taught a workshop for a friend so will chase up the fee tomorrow- chase fee
Bought YS fruits and veggies and then walked instead of taking the bus (MSE) but they are the small things. Tomorrow the big MSE frogs need eating. Yes, thinly slicing them @MovingForwards
Hoping everyone is ok.

Good luck DIA - being a cash rich buyer at this time is not a bad position. I would hate to be starting my journey at this time.
Your new host sounds lovely. Enjoy your counselling and I think you should continue if affordable. Great news on the searches - maybe offer them the inside story for a bit extra - I don't think you can slander a house
I think I saw you in an ice cream parlour
Drinking milk shakes, cold and long
Smiling and waving and looking so fine4 -
I was thinking the same, maybe they would buy the survey from you as well as the searches
