    Everything sounding great DIA 😼
The only thing I'd advise , is to not go without breakfast on work days. Have something, no matter how small. Otherwise you may get headaches / feel giddy etc.
As to the supplements .. some are best had in morning or lunchtime . Some with meals
You probably know better as to what you're taking etc.
I couldn't take berocca at nighttime for example ,as I'd have trouble sleeping .
    I'll leave it there ..😼
Well, as usual, you are right. I just can't work out a breakfast. Maybe take a handful of nuts and an apple with me and eat them when I pick up a coffee on my way in...I can pack the supplements for the morning and leave the ones for the evening until later. It feels like more faff but necessary really...
Is doing WFH at the club you joined an option? Is that closer?
Good point. Worth exploring. Thank you.

It won't be for much longer and the pain eases payday!

Eat little but often, keep energy levels consistent and that's one less struggle each day. Prep food the night before, have snack tubs and plenty of your favourite drinks. Sma things make a difference.

    Thanks everyone  :)

I am at the week 2 finish line! This week was easier than last week.
    • I changed my route and clawed back an hour a day
    • I changed the working day 8-4 gives me a longer evening
    • I have an agreement to work 1 day from home next week due to the heat. My plan is to make it permanent!
MSE wise I spent whatever made life easier...coffees, cakes, expensive travel routes, shopping for food on the way home. All surefire money wasters. I felt I had to do it for survival. Well I survived and I no longer need to do all of that. The plan is to keep the early morning coffee as I feel I need it and I enjoy it. I eat my packed breakfast there...So:
    • Buy a flask for coffee to take to work
    • Have packed lunch in garden near work
    • Once a week (instead of every day) go to lunch in nice cafe :)
    • Stop eating daily cake.
    MSE WEEKEND FROGS
    • Eat the M0nz0 frog so I can organise my spends
    • Chase labels for returns
    • Book tickets for travel next month
It is the funeral next week so I need a few clothes items, plus pedicure and eyebrows groomed. I can do my own manicure to be a bit more MSE  :)

    HOUSE
    • Heard from solicitors. I have a copy of deeds now and fixtures and fittings list. Vendor is leaving almost everything in terms of fixtures and fittings including all kitchen white goods. That is a big help as I don't have any! I will be applying for the searches on Monday.
Wishing everyone a lovely weekend  :)

With each week it gets easier, you're adapting and working out ways of making it balance.

Great news the house is inching closer.

    Good luck with the frogs.

  • What a great uplifting post .

Hope that goes as well as it can .
Monday and Tuesday are the worst days forcast for weather 🥵. If there is a way of avoiding  work for those 2 days , take it .
