Hi there DIA. Popping my head round the door. Been a long time since I posted but have been lurking in the background. So much has happened to you and yet you keep eating those frogs. Excellent progress.
So sorry for your loss. Things always seem to happen all at the same time.
It will all fall into place. Well done on the new job.
Think back to when you were living in your old property and wanted to move.
Sending you best wishes and lots of positivity.
Take Care

Today a friend will drop of a large item that I am going to try to squeeze into this tiny room somehow. It is a piece of equipment that will help me with creative project. I need to find a way to work from here some evenings or I will fall behind.
I will treat my project work as a second job. I think back to when I was debt clearing. I worked all day then taught in the evenings in a different location. I did it for 6 months. It was hard but I did it. Hopefully it will only be until I get a new home, then WFH more will make it doable
Friend bringing the equipment is also loaning me a spare iron so I can be presentable at the job!
Yesterday I had a creative work day.
Today it is domestic chores and a car boot sale later and of course seeing friend when she delivers items for me.
I won 50 on the PBs
I hope everyone is having a good weekend
