    Thanks @MovingForwards :)

Thanks @WelshmansDaughter. I am looking into an app for another bank account I already have. It might be sufficient for my needs... :)

The heat is enough to throw everyone off balance. Our bodies are fighting just to keep us cool never mind do anything.

Be kind to yourself and take it slow and steady if you can. Wednesday the heat is supposed to reduce. Let's hope.

It is the heat and does affect how we cope with things. You're going through a lot in one go, which isn't easy.

  • You need to read through your old diary and take credit for how much you have achieved. Everyone hits a slump. Just accept that and move forward when it’s cooler.

By the end of a seriously trying week, you should be back to being focused and hopefully less tired and hot ..

Sometimes it's all just a bit much.  Do what you can to take care of yourself, and hope things ease soon.

    Thank you @beanielou @savingholmes @MovingForwards @in_need_of_direction @another_casualty @jwil @Chrystal for your support  :)

The funeral went well. My relative had a wonderful funeral. There were hundreds of people and only standing room in the church. The only thing missing from the party afterwards was my relative who would have loved it. I feel a sense of relief it is over. We have done this 3 times in 8 months. We need time to recover this time so I am hoping this is it for a while.

I finished week three at work. Still hard and frustrating. It is very intense with barely time to look up. I will keep to the plan and stick at it until Christmas. By then I will be safely in the new house (I hope) and will understand my budget

Inspired by @jwil I set up a daily PAD of £2. I spend £15-£20 a week on coffee so today I am buying a new flask for coffee and in addition I have a cafetière and coffee at work in my drawer so I can have one there instead. The PAD should create a little buffer in my savings account.

Counselling yesterday, but this is coming to an end so I need to look at other ways to support myself.

I am trying to keep weekends free so I have no real plans this weekend other than relaxing. Off to have coffee (treat and it is a planned weekend coffee so ok) and to buy flask and a few toiletries.

House progress? Searches paid for and being carried out.

    Wishing everyone a lovely weekend
