  • Try and keep the things that are important to you at the front of your mind. Yes its frustrating that houses keep disapparating on you. This waiting game must be incredibly frustrating.
Sounds like the pain situation is on the right track

So glad that the physio has helped and you know what you can & can’t do.

I do agree that finding a house is a priority.
    Thank you both  :)
Glad the physio helped and improved confidence with movement.

The EA should advocate as they'll want it off their books. A property appearing to stagnate isn't good for them and indicates to experienced buyers there's an issue somewhere.
    - it's the same with equity release sales where the money owed is more than the value of the property, they cling on thinking they'll get what is owed, trying to repeatedly explain the property will not sell and reminding them of what offers have been received since it's been on the market.
Thanks :) I hope the EA agrees to advocate and we can come to an agreement

Thank you. The pain is nothing like it was but it is far from gone, I am still having painful days just at a lower level. It is  hard to keep the things that are important to me at the front of my mind. It is Maslow's hierarchy of needs where all the basics like food and shelter must be taken care of before the mind is free to think of higher level things like art and music and connection.
