The vendors sound like a right pain in the rear!  I hope they sort out what they want (i.e. your offer!).

I couldn't have described them better. I think they plan to keep viewing it until they can prompt a bidding war. They did that last time but the EA are appearing to run out of patience.

So frustrating for you, and I suspect for the EA too, who after all this time and effort, at the end of the day just wants the commission.  You have to ask yourself if the greedy seller is the reason it fell through last time. You certainly won't get the opportunity to negotiate if the survey picked up anything from what you have said.

The venders sound real pains in the bum.
Sorry that you are still in pain.  What a blooming pain as it drains you so much.

Current rules are £10k and it can all be taken as a tax free lump sum, you can do up to 3 pots if old enough.

The sellers are being very daft as they'll lose potential buyers playing games.

    Hope the pain eases soon.

Do you really want to buy a property from such already difficult sellers?
They sound like a nightmare tbh and I wouldn’t have much faith in the process going smoothly
