    Enjoy the time along and alternative treatment. Acupuncture can make a difference, but make sure you've the rest of the day to relax otherwise it undies everything the treatment achieved.

    Great to hear you've achieved you'll achieve the savings aim this month.

     I reflect on becoming debt free, I realise I have remained debt free. I do not use an overdraft. I pay my credit card off in full and I save. The lessons learnt years ago on here, have become part of me.

    I spend £250 a month on physio & that’s just the start.
