Today a relative came to pick up some things he wanted. The rooms are becoming bare. There is something sad about someone's possessions being removed. The cooker has been turned off, the fridge has gone and this time next week I will be gone. It feels strange...
I'm using up cupboard contents so eating odd food combinations. I found a jar of artichokes. I had forgotten how nice they are. Until I go it will be picnic type food. I'm quite enjoying it.
Ive stopped living on chocolate and crisps. Stopped wanting them. Back to wanting vegetables.
I felt a great relief after eating the financial frog but I won't sit on my laurels (what are laurels? off to look up after this post...) I need to eat another financial frog in February and there is a HMRC one that needs gobbling up next week.
Tomorrow I need to return the boots and buy some decent tea. I have 2 calls with friends booked.
I have decided not to start the annual membership until I am back from the cottage. I will start it for 2 days after my return so I get straight on with working.
I hope everyone is okay today.
