Today I returned the third pair of boots. I was so tired I left it for another day to shop for boots. I walked like a slug today as I have had a flareup affecting both my back and legs
Partly self inflicted by constantly eating foods I can't properly digest. Stress doesn't help either.
My friend called to say she can help with taking things to the SU tomorrow. So, packing for that tonight.
Whilst out I bought coffee and fruit. Both were at the higher end, but are treats. I don't think now is the time to be hard on myself. I'm craving healthy food once again. That must be a good sign. I bought some coconut cream, so will make a veggie curry and a batch of quinoa and red lentils.
Tomorrow I am going to buy one of those railcards that discount on train tickets. If I need to view a house at least it will be less expensive.
Tonight I plan to catch up on some work for a friend. I've been putting it off, but I will channel @HairyHandofDartmoor and get it done instead of putting it off.
I hope everyone is ok today.

A full on day.
I could not find the flash drive to do my friend's work. Many hours searching for it. Stressful. I only found it this afternoon. Luckily I started the goal early, so I have done a few hours today and will do more tomorrow. Phew...
The last trip to the unit today. We stopped off for a glass of wine and a snack. We had a good chat too. I felt much better after.
I have some lovely wool jumpers and 2 pairs of gloves, all very expensive but they shrank slightly. I was holding onto them but today I passed them on to a friend who was so pleased to have them.
I spent 7 today, so a LSD
Tomorrow, the plan is- buy a railcard
- counsellor
- visit friend
- chase viewing appt
- eyebrows done for a treat

Hope everyone is ok.
