Computers are fine when everything is working ..
I feel your pain there , as there are times I'm glad I hadn't a hammer nearby when things went wrong .It's good to see that you are getting help and treating yourself as and when .Your planning and focus is still very admirable ..8 -
Thanks @savingholmes, I hope your counselling yesterday went well. Mine did
Thanks @MovingForwards, the frog eating definitely gave me a bit of peace of mind...
Thanks @HairyHandofDartmoor I did get the work for a friend frog eaten
Thanks @another_casualty I am definitely taking treats as and when I need them. I am accepting help when it is offered too. I am more often the person helping than the person receiving help. I am learning to be gracious
The friend I did some work for told me of a job opening that might suit. I will be applying as it is an exciting opportunity. I would not have known if I had not done the work for her!
My to do list was tackled but most things had a few stages so they are not done as such...- visited friend
- collected together documents for a railcard
- saw counsellor
- chased viewing
- found a document
- collected information needed for the financial frog
- visited outdoorsy shop and tried on different brands of walking shoes/boots like @Sunshine_girl2 suggested I should ages ago...
- ordered another pair of walking shoes
Tomorrow's list- wash my hair/ do eyebrows/do nails
- buy cleansing flannels and cleanser
- drop off a bag of charity shop items
- make soup
- eat financial frog
- email job opportunity
- tea and cake with my niece
- buy railcard for discounts
CC bill came. I've used it more than I thought. I will be paying it off in full, so a tight month coming up AGAIN
£12 spent on food items at Al31(so much cheaper than MnS!)
HOME
Nearly arranged a viewing. The LR was tiny. When I called in the end they were fully booked for a block viewing at the weekend!
Feeling a bit more motivated to improve my situation. I hope everyone is ok.

You've achieved loads. Hope the potential job opportunity comes to something."Good financial planning is about not spending money on things that add no value to your life in order to have more money for the things that do". Eoin McGee5

Thanks @beanielou, yes I am trying to do more. Maybe it will help.
Thanks @MovingForwards, @jwil, @another_casualty and @HairyHandofDartmoor
Thanks @savingholmes, you were right to add 'if it something you want to do' as I am not completely sure, but I am not going to overthink until I miss the deadline. I got the initial contact email out of the way and will see how I feel...
I was stressed and tired today again, but I pushed on anyway. The more I do the better I feel.
I must limit my RM searches. I think it makes me worry more when there isn't anything suitable coming up. Will start checking only 3 times a day...
Not all of my list achieved but I made progress...- eyebrows done (she overdid it a bit but they still look better)
- called my uncle and arranged to meet him. it will force us both out for some fresh air
- bought flannels and cleanser
- fridge and furniture picked up and out of the house
- half way through work for my friend
- emailed about the job opportunity
Tea and cake with my niece got cancelled as I had to get back for the furniture movers.
Tomorrow's list:- my hair!/do nails
- meeting uncle
- drop off a bag of charity shop items
- make soup
- eat financial frog
