Happy birthday mothernerd, I hope you can take some time for you on your special day.
Today didn't;t go according to plan. I got in the car to pick up my niece for our shopping trip and the car needed petrol. My mum drives my car so i never know whether she has left it without petrol until I get in it!
Got the petrol on the way to the shopping centre. My niece saw two coats she wanted, so I bought her one and she bought the other one for herself. I didn't need to buy it, but it was nice. We had Greggs for lunch using a gift voucher i got from my boss for christmas. My niece added the extra 95p, so free lunch for me. I bought myself a sweatshirt in M&S to replace one I covered in lily pollen yesterday, and also some fitness wear, which I am never going to go to a gym in! and then I paid for the parking, Definitely not a NSD and i bought things I really didn't have to, but it was a nice day out none the less.
I need to go to tesco tomorrow so will have to do NSDs pretty much everyday next week to reach 16+!
I hope everyone is having a good day.

Happy birthday @mothernerd
Spent on physio but money was from savings and its a health spend so not losing my NSD.
Woke up stupidly early despite no alarm. Washed my car as it was filthy. At least now I'm commuting by train it should stay cleaner! Did a few bits round the house, went to physio, had lunch, and then fell asleep!
Made a yummy dinner of air fried jacket potatoes with a cheese and leek sauce, filled a gap for sure!
Annoyingly the oyster card I cancelled arrived today.... typical!7 -

A quiet pottering day which was what I needed. Bagging up lots of bits for distribution to the charity shops -placemats, coasters, mugs, more of the poppy plates and cups missed the other day (who on earth needs 10 matching mugs), 4 sets of curtain rings (I lent them to mum when she first moved here so we could get curtains up at the windows but later she bought the curtains with 'eyeholes' and put all these away in a drawer. The kitchen is looking much better after my efforts over the last few days - can see most of the worktop, before it was covered and built up (I'd asked tall people to get things down off the top of the cupboards. Lots binned (getting less precious about everything). Watched 2 episodes of Foyle's War and did bits in every advert break.
Laptop and phone both needed recharging. When I switched back on I had a voicemail from mum's old vicar -she retired last year. She will be doing the eulogy and is going to come and talk it through with me. Then lovely Kevin phoned me - apologising profusely for not doing the inside of the order of service on a pen drive. He's going to print them out and bring the finished middles round to me. So back to just having to do the cover (if I'd known DS2 and his gf could have taken it away last night but thought I would need to use a printer (person not machine) because there were 2 to do and was running out of time. Now thinking I might have a go myself, especially if DS3 can help me.
