I signed up with 01i0 and toogoodtogo a few days ago, and will nip out for my tgtg pack later. No idea what it'll be like, but I thought it was worth a try... I just don't think anything can compare with liddle boxes or reduced section!!!

A nice uneventful day today, on NSD 4. Criminal record check is almost ready for the new job so feeling a lot better about a start date being confirmed sooner rather than later.
Need to get into the office before 9am tomorrow. It's been a LONG time since I've had to do that, I've got into a terrible habit of just faffing every morning and wasting time, need to get back into actual work habits!7 -
f0xh0les said:@Deni_debt-free_dreamer what is your location? Just the Shire will do, we might get some today (or so the weather witches said this morning) but so far it has not happened, although the roads seem to have been gritted (3rd time in 6 years) so maybe it will ..... I am now on SnowWatch....
Home to premier league footballers and their wives
i'm on NSD 3 now, eaten from stores, fed DD1, packed all the decorations back in the garage nicely labelled. My 3 new (to me) candlesticks are looking pretty on the dining table and have been the subject of much envy from DD1 .
Now sat with the cats catching up on PT jobs before bed
Gratitudes - time with DD1, phone call with DD2 & hearing all about NY, being warm

NSD 3/16.Nice short working week - 2 days! This evening I’ve been doing more holiday prep - mainly trying to get my head around what tests we now need to do to be allowed on the plane. And setting up accounts with various apps that will make activities ’easier’.Grateful for OH chopping the onions for dinner and making mashed potatoes, for a quiet day at work allowing me the space to declutter more digital work, and for online forums.NST 🐢 & MF before 40 🤸10

Good evening 🌒
What started as a slow day, feeling like I couldn't be bothered... turned around after I went to the gym. Am so determined to meet my main goals this month/year - I'm keeping the end goal in sight - but focussing energy on small wins. So far today is 6 days of mindfulness (10min), 6 days of 5K + steps, and have been to gym on all the days I planned so far. I keep revisiting goals I set at the new moon/new year - and am trying to visualise me completing them 🔮
Today I am grateful for:
1) For finding the reserves within to get stuff done
2) For my cosy little apartment - love you so much 🧔🏻💕🏠
3) For my mobility and access to a gym 💪🏻
Today = NSD number 4
Well - work tomorrow and then a few days off 💤 Have a great evening everyone x⭐ DEBT FREE : 18/02/2025 ⭐

Argh! I had an unplanned spend today when I stupidly left my packed lunch on the kitchen table along with my home made posh coffee. Gutted. So I had to spend £3 on a meal deal so I didn't have to go from 7am till 4pm without anything to eat. Ah well... I'd put my packed lunch next to my travel cup so I didn't forget it and ended up forgetting both of them.
Work wasn't great - it's hard trying to teach with so much uncertainty. I really think that there's a massive underestimation of how much the pandemic has affected children, and for once I am in total agreement with Boris in that we need to keep schools open if we possibly can. It's not just education that the kids are missing out on and the effects of 2 years of disruption are starting to take a toll on the young uns.
Thankfully it's a short week so only one more day till the weekend.
Mothernerd - I am amazed that you're getting so much done so quickly. I know there's lots to do and lots to sort but don't forget to look after yourself as well. Lots of love to you.
Today I am grateful for:
Heating at home and loads of blankets.
Cuddles with the cats
Working with fantastic people.
Not giving up
Working hard to pay off my debt
Time to take back control
