  • Hi, I'm so happy to be sitting on a proper seat - it's much warmer.
I've finished my quilt and I'm sure it'll get lots of use this winter. Most of the fabrics were bought specially for this project although 2 of the florals were from my stash. The backing is a pink flannelette sheet I bought from a charity shop several years ago. It's a bit bobbly but nobody's going to see that. The weight of this sheet gives the quilt a heaviness that I like.
I've posted a photo of it sitting beside one of the cushions I made last week. Next project is re upholstering a small storage stool. Hoping to get it finished next week.
Happy crafting on this horrible wet day
OMG this is stunning - I love the colours and floral patterns x

  • I really need to find some sort of get up and go as my crafting mojo has got up and gone ;(

I have moved up to 1319/2022 though since my last post after making a few little bits for the trickle of orders I have had from Etsy shop - its so quiet :(

On the plus side, although I have been tempted, I have not spent anything else on craft supplies :)
