(Ahem) I've found it in the BHF shop this morning, hooray, hurrah, it's a miracle. I knew if I just kept looking that one would come along and there it was sitting on the shelf this morning, in perfect condition.
Here is my lovely, new, much wished for, pie saver, £3.50, along with a lovely cookbook with some very unusual biccies recipes I've never come across before and a pair of M&S linen/cotton fitted trousers.
Isn't he lovely, all shiny and black? I feel a deep dish pie coming on, shall I go savoury or sweet?

Popped into one of my favourite charity shops on Sunday and came out with all 4 series of The Tudors for £1 and a cantilevered table top sewing box for £7. I have a weakness for cantilevered sewing boxes and I already have one for my embroidery. This one will be dedicated to general sewing and mending paraphernalia✒️ Declutter 2025👗 Fashion on the Ration 2025 61/66 coupons (5 coupons silver boots)✒️Declutter 2024 🏅🏅🏅(DSis 🏅🏅)

He is lovely.
Savoury all the way for me.6 -
Did the rounds of all the chazza shops in Ripon, Harrogate and Northallerton over the last few days but found nothing! Did stop and have another gawp at the £900 'Dior" handbag tho. Went in and asked to have a good look at it and I am even more convinced it is a fake. Anyhoo, here's a pic...

Fascinating @Miro, thanks for popping the pic up so that the rest of us can have a look. I think you're right because the quilting doesn't seem to be the same as all the bags on the Dior website, the effect on the one in the chazza window is two dimensional rather than three. The plot thickens."She could squeeze a nickel until the buffalo pooped."

So much to read, so little time.6 -
That handbag looks like the sound deadening panelling under the bonnet of my car!
How would you wash it?6 -
LOL, @Miró, I took exactly the same picture the other week! They must believe in it because it leaves the window when the shop is shut.
It's not to my taste, though I could be persuaded to take on the £900 if it needs a home.I think a bit of sunshine is good for frugal living. (Cranky40)

£900 in a charity shop. I've never seen anything like that.
This came up on my phone! I'm not sure about that dress. It would be good if she was dressing as a fairy godmother. Lol.
I love bargain hunting in charity shops and my latest haul is so good it’s saved me hundreds and I still look stylish | The Sun
