Charity Shopping - New to You in '22!

I'm having what can only be described as 'withdrawal' feelings.... or maybe 'cravings' is a better term.

Not been in any for a week or so.
Might have to remedy that tomorrow.

I'm on the hunt for some sleeveless tops of all things, and some gym clothes.

Nil points I'm afraid, nothing so glamorous!

Its a dish rack with a micro fibre drying mat - they usually retail BN for much more. It will save my granite work surfaces from the scourge of lime scale.

Ah well, at least I learned something! 

I just place a drying rack on the grooved part of my stainless steel sink & drainer. No need for a mat underneath as it gets wiped daily & any drips run off into the sink.

Mine is granite and liable to a) getting slippy, and b) getting grimy with limescale.

Well a quick jolly into Yorkshire Cancer Charity.
Total spend £4.50, and I've come away with a tall brown vase, wider base and then comes in at the top - will be an upcycled piece £2
Then a set of 10, what I think might be side serving dishes, slate grey in a melamine type material, slanted edge - a bit like how you might be served a coleslaw or something in a gastro pub type affair. Brand new, labels still on £2.50 for all 10. I plan on upcycling these with my vinyl cutting machine as little cacti pots.

Good haul.
Oh and the travel mug I admired almost a year ago is back! 
It must have gone round the various locations for their shops. I was really tempted but I couldn't reach it on the shelf!!!

Laughing at this. I am 5'3", my other half is 6' and my sons are 6' and 6'1", even my daughter is 5'8"
I regularly shout 'tall person job please'
One day in a supermarket I forgot I was not at home and said this out loud
A nice young man immediately helped me and when I thanked him he said he just went on autopilot because his mum says the same thing

Boden dress for me. I can't photo the dress as it's been on the line and is now on the radiator (started to rain). It looks better than the one in the photo.

@Brie I might chance that today or follow @Paspatur and see who comes running to my aid.

I didn't feel comfortable asking the less than nimble volunteer. 
I might have to pack my little folding step stool as I'm only 5ft 2 on a good day LOL

I had also spotted a duvet cover in there which I'm hoping is still there so that I can use it for fabric for some sewing projects I have in mind ... but if not, then thats the will of the universe (and shame on me!)

Been keeping my eye out for some skinny jeans with combat style side pockets, found a charcoal colour M&S pair in my local hospice clearance shop for £2 but they were a size 14 (I've been in a 16 since losing weight) and I debated wether or not to get them. M&S usually come up good for size so I risked it. 

They go on and do up, just a bit tight for now but certainly incentive to keep going food & excersize wise!

Duvet cover, brand new in packaging, £2 purchased Yorkshire Cancer, Northallerton.

Once again I've been to the car boot sale - not quite a charity shop but a 50p donation to the charity collecting at the gate, and what I bought was second hand so I reckon it comes under the meaning of the Act.

12 children's books at 50p each then 4 at 25p each, and a storage box for £1.50. Very happy with this little lot!
