New additional dressing gowns for the kids, all M&S for £1 each (don't get me started on keeping one of each upstairs and downstairs, drives me nuts)
Some lovely basic tops with nice muted patterns from M&S and Debenhams for me at £4 and £3.50 and multiple pairs of M&S jeggings, including a faux leather and shimmery black/blue pairs, all £2 each.
Have finally had our loft boarded out, space to put so much up there that does not need to be clogging up our bedroom (wedding and baby stuff, things from our parents - three out of four of them have passed since 2018) so I had space to really go through my clothes, especially as I've lost some weight so various things are now too big and I just no longer like etc, have a HUGE box of things to donate and have found the local hospice charity have their doantion centre open for drop off Mon-Fri which will be great as Hubby also needs to clear out too, he's also lost a fair bit of weight as well.Credit Card & Overdraft Debts Jan 2012: £16,000+ [STRIKE] Credit Card & Overdraft Debts Sep 2013: £13,023 [/STRIKE]

Hi there everyone 👋🏻
Been lurking for ages but first post from me.
Had a trip to Ilkley yesterday and got a few bargains.A gorgeous length of fabric (to make either a dress/skirt/shorts) from Oxfam £6.99.
A peppermint green jumper from Gap in a nylon/angora mix so lovely and soft, from Martin House Hospice shop £4.50.
A lovely silk skirt which could be dressed up or down by Jackpot, Age UK £3.99.
I find Ilkley prices to be on the higher side but still plenty of bargains. The exception was the CR shop - some sky high prices for new items - supposedly “designer” but nothing very special.
Didn’t buy loads but we had a lovely day including coffee at Betty’s and lunch at the Veggie Cafe 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼6 -
A pair of black skinny leg jeans size 10, short length (a rare find) £3.95 Sue Ryder
Very good condition but must be mindful not to shrink them as they just fit comfortably.
2 books, an Anthony Horowitz which very helpfully had BOOK 1 written on it, then found another by another author which looked good for my mum, only to discover when I googled them at home that its book 3 in a series - how annoying!
BUT pleasantly surprised to find its actually signed by the author and not one of those faux signatures either, the pen has even bled through to the other side of the page.
Both set in Yorkshire which is half of what attracted me, and £1 each.
I'll need a handbag notebook so I can write down all these series books to look for the other titles... Why cant they all write Book 1, Book 2 etc on them somewhere obvious?!Wealth is not measured by currency6 -
First post for me, but super pleased to report a brand-new still with tags on coat for Small for £4. RRP £45!!! That made my day!
I also picked up two pairs of leggings in stretch denim for £3 each. I will have to shorten them both but im ok with that. I'm still on the hunt for a cosy oversized jumper, but nothing so far...13 -
Bargain of the day - woman’s Superdry box fit tshirt, £4. Such a soft material and looks like it’ll be super comfortable. Similar ones online look to be around £17 in their sale 👍🏻Every act of kindness, no matter how small, isn’t wasted ❤️
