I can see the A B C but is there any examples available that i can amend to send to them.

getting really anxious about the whole thing and even though i dont have the money, considering paying it to avoid any court proceedings or having to go to court.

And when you put those words in the search box on the forum and change the search results to 'NEWEST' you get 115 results...

This is an easy stage and good forum practice for you to gain confidence.

easy for you to say, but you dont know my personal circumstances and there is so much information that i just cant work out what to email CST Law.

if i had an option to do nothing and completeely ignore them, i would but i think they would pursue this to court

I'll get some time to formulate a robust reply that hits points a, b, c on the newbie thread.

Yes, maybe a PM from you to the OP could help and you can exchange what you are doing ... that would be good.

The simple fact about this scam site is that MET Parking monitor for Starbucks and Mcdonalds.  ..... this is a car park which MET has been split into two using CCTV TO TRAP customers crossing from Starbucks to Mcdonalds

MET of course know this is a MONEY TRAP and proven with the Joe Lycett video 

As MET operate on the BP forecourt as well, one must assume that BP has employed them. Are BP aware that MET operate this scam that attacks BP customers as well ??
BP won't know unless they are told.

The biggest question is WHY the BPA allow MET Parking to operate a money scam site and should they remain members of the BPA with access to the DVLA database
Clearly not but as we know, the BPA LOVE their membership fees ?  

The legals who are daft enough to support this scam, seems like CST and DCBL, really do need medical help
