I’m not sure that it matters, if the PoC fail the CPR/PD. A rule is a rule and if they break that rule, irrespective of what is in a SAR result, the claim should be struck out.Coupon-mad said:Except DO NOT SEND A SAR.

i really apperciate everyones help with this.
I really struggle with understanding the whole legal side of this and i know the information is all there on the Newbie thread, but im not sure i am able to pull all of this together.
What will happen if i didnt respond again, is there a good chance they will take me to court as thye have done nothing over the past 15 months.
