After waiting ages on the phone tryng to get through to the local court i found out that it has been struck out by the court as they didnt pay the £27 trial fee. I did ask if i would receive a letter confirming this, but they didn't know.
It was 3 years on October this began and i nearly caved in a few times, but i am so relieved that i didnt and its another victory to all the work the people on this site do for all of us unfortunates that gte caught up in the parking company nightmare.

I have just received a notice of discontinuance from CST for commercial reasons.

We think CST Law are following the 'shining' example of DCB Legal: fire out loads of automated click-button template claims, sit back and watch the exaggerated money roll in (including £50 + £70 as their reward), plus scare those who get CCJs into paying up, then the odd % who defend are discontinued, having only wasted £35 on a claim filing fee.
