This line in that auto-reply says it all...Thank you for emailing the County Court Business Centre, please accept this as a receipt of your email.Look after that receipt.1 -
Hi. Latest update.
I have received a letter from CST Law confirming that the client rejects my defence and wishes to proceed with the claim and that the County Court has been notified that this wish to proceed.
I take i just wait to hear back from the court now?
Its always a little unerving seeing these letter's, but i have faith in the process.0 -
You were expecting that weren't you?TRIO74 said:Hi. Latest update.

Item 7 on that checklist you were following when you filed a Defence says...
Items 8, 9 and 10 on that list might be worth another read too.1 -
CST and MET will be walking on hot coals with this in court
One car park split into two designed to confuse and extort money
If MET disagree then why do they do it, it's a honeypot scam
DCBL discontinued such a case because they no doubt realised they could not take a scam to court.
CST taking a scam claim to court can only lead to a SRA complaint1 -
Yes i was expectign this, just keeping it updated, so other like me who dont really understand the process can see how it is developing.KeithP said:

I have just sent this off and received an e-mail saying that the mailbox for ccbcaq.justice.gov.uk is now closed and
the e-amil will not be actioned. They did attach a copy of new e-mail adresses for various different enquiries etc, so i now have to send it to dq.cnbc@justice.gov.uk
This started on the 28th Feb 2024, so if this is new news, i thought it best to share.

The opening post in the templated Defence thread was updated with this a few days ago.1 -
Thanks, as @KeithP we already know BUT why doesn't the CNBC forward your e-mail to the correct address, after all they know what it is and even told you? Cannot even put it down to laziness as they would have to involve the same number of keystrokes replying to you as they would to forward it. It is, of course a rhetorical question and one you could not answer anyway.TRIO74 said:I have just sent this off and received an e-mail saying that the mailbox for ccbcaq.justice.gov.uk is now closed and

I just received a copy of CST Law N180, which seems strange as i had to submit it by the 8th March. They are askign for it to be done on papers and also in Ipswich County Court as its my local court, which is strange as its not even in my county. I said I wanted it in Chelmsford.
Any thoughts?0
