What jokers. You do not want this scam heard on papersTRIO74 said:I just received a copy of CST Law N180, which seems strange as i had to submit it by the 8th March. They are askign for it to be done on papers and also in Ipswich County Court as its my local court, which is strange as its not even in my county. I said I wanted it in Chelmsford.
Any thoughts?
It is your decision which court not CST

i have already sent my N180 a few weeks ago and given my preferences. Do i need to respond to their N180?0
-
If you submitted your N180 to the same email address that you used for your defence and received an acknowledgement, you don't need to do anything with the claimant's copy except file it. For your own peace of mind you could check your status on MCOL and it should show the date it was received.1

The CNBC email address for submitting the defence and the DQ are now both different and changed a few weeks ago. The new email addresses are:

Hi. I have just been on MCOL to have a look and it is saying the following:
It doesn't say i have sent my DQ, but i did and received an email confirming this.

It's an order telling you send a DQ as they think they haven't received it. So email it again to the new CNBC address for DQs.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

I did send it and received the e-mail. I have just sent it again, just in case.1

I today received a letter dated 26th March, saying i have 7 days from the date of the letter to respond and send my DQ's. On the letter it states that both myself and the claimant have failed to submit these and i know that i did send it and got the receipt. I resent it again on the 29th March. Having checked the MCOL site, it still doesn't say that they have received the resent copy. Do we know if this takes a few days to upate/get logged in.
Has anyone else had any issues with DQ, since they changed the e-mail address?0 -
There are often issues with the CNBC and acknowledgement of DQs. You can try calling them (backed up with email) and complain about the fact that you have now twice sent your DQ and received email acknowledgement but you are still receiving warnings. Tell them that you will expect them to compensate you for any default CCJ should their incompetence force on you.2

And you used the new CNBC address for DQs not the old CCBC one?TRIO74 said:I did send it and received the e-mail. I have just sent it again, just in case.
Obviously the new emails now used by the CNBC are covered in the first 12 steps in the Template Defence first post.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
