Pay by phone today was 45 minutes.
Any other card, write a slip, cheque, envelope, stamp, box. 5 minutes tops.0 -

As you have to post it, then snail mail has to delivery it to Barclaycard who then have to process the cheque and wait for it to clear before applying it to your account which could take upto 10 working days in total. Why can't you do a faster payment from your bank account this takes mere seconds and usually gets posted to your barlclaycard in about 30 mins from experience.Time is a path from the past to the future and back again. The present is the crossroads of both. :cool:0 -

That's what First Direct was invented for: telephone banking.
I do use the telephone banking a lot. I didn't realise that I could pay the credit card in that way.
I'll certainly try this, it sounds easy, so hopefully it will be straightforward.0 -
Never have I read a thread where the OP insists on making life so difficult for themselves or somes up with so many ridiculous excuses as to why they can't do things like normal people do.5
