Contact Chat today and asked for a statement   -  response wait till next bill date - July 4th

The only wat they would produce a statement would be if I changed to monthly billing.!

Pushed harder  - OK  but that will generate a DD review

Statement will be in My Account 2/3 days

    EDF really are hard work

It occurs to me that while for the foreseeable there may be little point moving to save money perhaps some of us will be prompted  to switch for better service and that
may become the main distinguishing aspect.

So, since BG and EDF are currently proving less than useless with SOLR transfers and ,in the recent past, EON,OVO and Scottish Power have all been named and shamed for terrible Customer Service, looks like we will all be moving to Octopus !!!

I think the oldies in the big 6 are still in Mainframe mentality as far as IT are concerned - remember the days when updates took place overnight - and the computer centre was a large office block in its own right and they have the burden of the weird tariffs. Perhaps some of the newcomers went too far in operating a one man and his dog operation from the kitchen table but the Olympuses were able to run only with the simple tariffs

I certainly haven't received my credit and it is beyond a joke. This process of SOLR transfer should be looked into.
If EDF cant transfer customers and honour customers credits in a certain time frame it shouldn't happen.

(It is not that we had much choice in the matter).

They keep saying "please bear with us" or "credits will be given as quickly as possible" but wont state a time frame.

For all we know it could be the next decade before they actually credit or if they do it at all as they know they can get away with this nonsense.

Update today on the 'Welcome to customers joining us from Zog Energy' page.
They also claim to be "working through [credit balance refunds] as quickly as possible and there's nothing you need to do".
Has anyone in this thread received their refund yet? Anyone at all?
    From Chat today "

We expect the majority of customers should receive their final bill by the end of March. At this point any debit/credit balances will be transferred to your new EDF account shortly after receiving this statement.

Final bill at the end of March???? Haven't we all had our final bills from Zog? I thought from the statement EDF know we have had our final bills?

Then they will kindly add the credit AFTER the prices have gone up?

Its starting to sound that they have all the information and just holding on to it to it hoping to screw customers before they think to look elsewhere???

Yeah, no issues with BG here. They've done their bit so far. I have no clue what EDF are doing. They seem to be doing everything they can to avoid giving me any sort of bill.
