Zog has gone 😢

Ditto . Although it does say in the Activity listing if you go into My Bills and Payments "Credit added £xxx.xx" which is in accordance with my final Zog bill so seems pretty clear to me. Handy as I'm off from EDF tomorrow so at least I know its appeared, although I'll have to wait for them to send me the refund after they issue the final bill.0

Credit appeared for me too. One less thing to worry about.0

Yes, but also still no explanation or detail of the DEBIT that suddenly appeared the day before. Just having to ‘guess’ what changes are for is patently not acceptable. Neither professional nor business-like.And before anybody says that they do have a breakdown or access to a bill for the extra, and that I must have missed it - I can assure you that, in my personal case, there is not. So yet more contact with EDF is required.0

Maybe the debit is a charge for missing weeks? Love how some people still moan when they get their credit

I suspect that you are looking at a charge for the electricity supplied from the date of SoLR appointment through until the on supply date (COSGain) of the 15th December. As I found with my Final Bill, EDF’s billing system appears not to allow for anything more than a single line billing adjustment with no explanations offered.StartledJesus said:Yes, but also still no explanation or detail of the DEBIT that suddenly appeared the day before. I don't seem to have an "account balance" field (I use the www not the app) - I have no entries under "Account Activity" and only a series of credits/payments and DD's under "My Bills and Payment". Am I looking in the wrong places ?StartledJesus said:My EDF account balance has changed again, and the implication is that I have now received my Zog credit. Similar here - can't see an account balance anywhere in website. Having said that , my BG website has got a balance at end of contract figure. Just that nobody seems to know how the figure is computed !!!Robin9 said:

No sign of my Zog credit yet ,either.0 -
Under Bills and Payments do you not see something like this with the account balance at the top? There should also be an account balance showing on the Home page. Maybe if you've not had a bill yet it doesn't show??Robin9 said:

Nope - I've had bills for both Elec and Gas and my Bills and Payments are identical

@[Deleted User] I suspect you may be right, although it would be nice to see a calculation. Especially as with their first attempt at a bill, EDF did not properly account for the promised 'difference between Direct Debit and Cash/chq payment' rebate.0
