Ditto . Although it does say in the Activity listing if you go into My Bills and Payments "Credit added £xxx.xx" which is in accordance with my final Zog bill so seems pretty clear to me. Handy as I'm off from EDF tomorrow so at least I know its appeared, although I'll have to wait for them to send me the refund after they issue the final bill.0

Credit appeared for me too. One less thing to worry about.0

Yes, but also still no explanation or detail of the DEBIT that suddenly appeared the day before. Just having to ‘guess’ what changes are for is patently not acceptable. Neither professional nor business-like.And before anybody says that they do have a breakdown or access to a bill for the extra, and that I must have missed it - I can assure you that, in my personal case, there is not. So yet more contact with EDF is required.0

Maybe the debit is a charge for missing weeks? Love how some people still moan when they get their credit0

Nope - I've had bills for both Elec and Gas and my Bills and Payments are identical

@[Deleted User] I suspect you may be right, although it would be nice to see a calculation. Especially as with their first attempt at a bill, EDF did not properly account for the promised 'difference between Direct Debit and Cash/chq payment' rebate.0
