[Deleted User] said:That would be logical were it not for the fact that we are talking about 4 different suppliers (2 of whom are now in administration), and two different Administrators. There is no norm for these things. As demonstrated by the last 107 pages of this thread, EDF isn’t winning any prizes for its administration or customer service.0

@Gerry1 Yes, I saw that (last week?).
@[Deleted User] Not disagreeing. Both BG and EDF are appalling.
Re SoLR - do the big suppliers volunteer, or are they nominated by Ofgem? If the latter, does the supplier have the option to say no, or is it compulsory/would be held against you? It’s like my manager doubling my workload. I might well get double the pay, but if it’s impossible to do, I don’t want it.0 -

Just asked to up my DD after eventually figuring out how to do it with help from here (i.e. there is not a direct link from my account to the page although a new update to the app did include a link). What a faff, having to ask for someone to approve it. Their IT really is still in the last century !

My EDF account balance has changed again, and the implication is that I have now received my Zog credit. But still no detail or explanation is given, not even a mention of Zog.0
