Don’t know about the zog one, the very first one does tend to be slightly different, but the GNE date for September will be your annual review so your interim one will be about now seeing as it’s every 6 months.Robin9 said:Nice to see that EDF's consistency of info on their website continues. I presumed (perhaps one shouldn't with EDF !) that "Budget Direct Debit (regular monthly payments)
You get two check-ins each year to keep your payments on track. We'll let you know if your payments need to go up, down or stay the same after each check-in
meant every 6 months.
My gas (ex Zog) is July 22 (8 months in)
My elec (ex GNE) is Sept 22 (last was Aug 21 - so 13 months) BUT under my Bills and Payments - next review is tomorrow.

One would have "assumed" that EDF/BG etc would be ready to review DDs ~ 1st April. If they don't and leave it til later in the year, many people are going to be faced with unachievable DDs. !!!Robin9 said:@Mobtr - you have more confidence in EDF than I have. Their website makes no reference to "interim" reviews only two a year.0 -
I think it would be impossible to do several million direct debit reviews in one daybrewerdave said:

Not in one day - but the process should largely be automated so in a short period - according to my BG account they will be reviewing in December !!!Mobtr said:

Another winner from EDF.

Hi, it's EDF. We'd like to ask you how we're doing with fixing your complaint. Please let us know your thoughts, by clicking the link
Well, some sort of reply and attempt to discuss and resolve it would be a start…
I hope the Government, and especially Ofgem, are really proud of themselves and their shambolic SoLR system. I feel like that mythical character who is consigned to pushing that massive boulder uphill for the rest of eternity, and then every time he’s near the top it rolls back down again.

That "shambolic " system keeps your lights on and your radiators heating up... You should always expect 3 - 4 months before things are sorted and by and large they are. I believe a chunk of the hassles are down to "User" error.StartledJesus said:Another winner from EDF.

Too many people these days expect the whole world to run automatically with their suppliers and either dont take proper readings, or build up unncessary huge credits and because "their" particular issue is not the number one priority for a company, then its constant moaning. People dont take the time to understand how things work these days and dont take ownership properly. in IMO of course3 -
@casjen Thanks for your kind input. May I suggest that you re-read the forum rules covering being 'nice' to fellow posters, and refraining from personal insults, or indeed general insults. FYI NONE of the qualities you refer to are applicable to myself, and your rant is uncalled for, and inappropriate.0

Nobody personally insulted you... it was pointed out that the SOLR keeps your lights and heating on... And that many people dont seem to understand that..StartledJesus said:@casjen Thanks for your kind input.
