That email address thing is !!!!!! BTW. Certainly we've had nothing. Looking at twitter/FB there's no evidence of anyone being contacted... but of course TripAdvisor population skewing towards neg opinion applies.
NPG are a being caught out with comms - for example last night they deleted a tweet 3x to get rid of the angry responses. It would go up with that email promise & immediately get responses of "nope" so it would get deleted therefore deleting comments. They eventually left it up.1 -
