Thanks. March 2 is in my diary now...0

As long as folks still pay out two direct debits in March the £5 fee garnered in March and payable in April will be cancelled out by the £5 Super Blue super super dooper Reward and allow access to the kingdom of junk offers to waste your life on.
Yes I’m switching away after the final £3 reward profit on or soon after 3rd March.1 -
I've not looked yet - how do you cancel the Blue Rewards?0

Thank you for everyone's help with this.
After battling with the live chat for a couple of days and receiving 4 irrelevant answers I called up Barclays. I was told that I should cancel the Blue Rewards towards the end of March (after the two direct debits are taken) and I will receive the last payment of £7 in April. Even the telephone operator didn't sound entirely confident in what she was saying but based on your comments here and that of the operator I will cancel towards the end of March.
What an awful bank Barclays are to deal with, this isn't the first time that I have had problems getting an answer from Barclays to a very simple question. I'm surprised that the Barclays app is rated so highly as having accounts with the majority of UK banks I find that the Android Barclays app is one of the worst that I use.0 -

The following link might be of interest to you, it explains when new charges etc come into effect, it also tells you how to remove the Blue Rewards from your account:

- We'll transfer your available rewards balance back to you. We may transfer this to your nominated current account, a different instant access current or savings account, or we will send a cheque.
- You will no longer be eligible for any pending rewards that have not yet been shown in your Blue Rewards Wallet
- We will no longer charge you the Barclays Blue Rewards monthly fee in future months, however you will continue to pay the monthly fee until your Blue Rewards Wallet is closed.

I shall be cancelling my Blue rewards this month. I hope to be away for most of March and wouldn't rely on remembering to cancel before the rewards are zilch / zero/ nada!
( Historically I no longer bank online with Barclays as I had an unsupported browser so I am going to have to phone them)Being polite and pleasant doesn't cost anything!

I cancelled Blue Rewards this week, after receiving the reward payment of £7 on 1 Feb and after paying the £4 fee (for January) from my current account. Before cancelling, I moved the £7 out of my Blue Reward wallet into my current account, leaving a nil balance on the wallet. It was very easy to cancel Blue Rewards on the app. Within minutes of cancelling, my wallet had been removed from showing on the app (leaving just the current account showing). Also within minutes, I received email as follows:-We're sorry you've decided to leave Barclays Blue Rewards. We'll close your Rewards Wallet as you've asked and transfer any rewards you've earned into your nominated current account. This means you'll stop earning new rewards and we'll stop taking the monthly fee.If you change your mind, you can rejoin Blue Rewards at any time through Online Banking, the Barclays app or by visiting a branch. We're here to helpIf you have any questions, the quickest way to get in touch with us is by using Chat in our app*. To get started, just log in to your app, scroll to 'Contact us', then tap 'Chat'. We won't need to ask you any security questions and we'll be able to connect you to someone straight away. You can also call us or visit one of our branches. If you do call, please bear in mind we're helping lots of people right now so it might take us longer than we'd like to speak to you. Thanks for being a member of Barclays Blue Rewards - we hope to see you again in the future.Your Barclays Team
Edited to add:
I know I have lost out on a net £3 due on 1 March and possibly 1 April. But with no Post Office direct debits being actioned from 1 March, I just wanted to get this tied off and out of the way, without the risk of missing the reward and paying £5,3
