Mine says "Your Final Closing Account Statement" so I'm not expecting any more bills/statements.0 -
A new update today (20 January 2022) on https://www.edfenergy.com/content/welcoming-utility-point-customers
Very similar to the 5 and 12 January updates, except this time it's "over 200,000 customers now in receipt of their final closing account statements" compared to 150,000 last week and 130,000 the week before.
So that's 50,000 more in one week, and maybe only 20,000 more to go, assuming 220,000 customers in total - so maybe some hope of them finishing in January.
I guess then they will get on with crediting the amounts from those final statements to the EDF accounts (and sending out cheques for those who have gone to other suppliers), though they say "this may take a few weeks" re the EDF accounts and "This will take some time" re the cheques.1 -
I've just received an email from EDF with the subject "You're in safe hands <firstname>" and headed "It's great to have you onboard <firstname>" in the body of the email. It then says "A little welcome from us now your transfer from Utility point is complete and you’re a fully-fledged EDF customer."The rest of the email just seems to be EDF showing off about their awards and offers of extra services and advice. However despite the "fully-fledged EDF customer" text, when I log in to my EDF online account I can't see any sign of the balance from my UP account.I'm not even sure where I would expect it to be visible - my best guess would be the "My bills and payments" area but all I'm seeing there are past and future Direct Debit payments.0

Can anyone log in to UP anymore. Website has no login to see old bills.
Think ive missed chance to see final bill and as above posts nothing in EDF account.
And new bill from EDF is only every 6 months.
I miss the graphs of useage.0 -

I was using Chrome as my browser. Hopefully you can get access, but certainly a reminder to anyone formerly with UP to download their old statements ASAP.0 -

Re no final bill yet, given that they got to 200,000 customers done out of 220,000 last week they should really be nearly finished by now. It could just be bad luck that you are one of the last. Hopefully they will publish another update at http://edfenergy.com/upfaqs later this week.0 -
