Oh yes I absolutely knew I would:D , I have walked my legs off, drank my own body weight in hot lemon, eaten more 0 points than points, oh it has been all or nothing this week:D

I am having a fish week, yesterday I had salmon and asparagus, today curry fish stew, tomorrow haddock, thursday cod, friday prawns and may enjoy the weekend:rotfl:

It turns out that the 100% focus and being obsessed is worth it because the 5lb xmas gain has gone, all gone, worth it me thinks:D back to a 0 on the end of the stone instead of plus 5, sorted.;)

    Well done you :D

.........likewise, it's not unusual for me to be 4-5 lbs heavier at the end of a normal, good day than at the start. Where it miraculously goes overnight I don't know (but I know where a fair amount of it goes in the morning)

I'm sorry for getting in a tizz about the 'weight gain during the day' thing. Common sense does tell me it's normal, but I got the wrong end of the stick with this +/-3lb band thing. I was thinking of a 3lb tolerance TOTAL, not 3lb either way (i.e. 6lb flexibility). Thanks BB and Ajax.

I don't intend to start recording my weight at random times other than the weekly weigh-in, but it would be nice to have upper and lower limits that trigger alarm bells if I start to get near them any time of day if I do happen to hop on the scales at other times (well, the upper limit is the crucial one!)

Anyway I'm boring myself with this topic now so goodness knows how you lot feel :rotfl:

Petrichor has reminded me that I meant to congratulate you Lilac on going alone as well. It drives me nuts when people say they can't do things because they have "nobody to go with"! Gosh Pet, BMI 18.2! Are you a size 6 now? Please be careful not to go underweight (health risks).

Victory - 5lb off in a week YOU ARE MY HERO!!! Now please go and have a lie down before you keel over! Massive respect to you... :T Now I know where to come for boot camp if the scales start creeping up!!!

I'm trying a new routine this week, 20mins exercise every day on either the bike, xtrainer or thigh trainer with weights plus abs work & stretches. I gave the gymball away today, I've never liked it that much and it was just taking up space.

Did anyone see that article today with the 4 key things that can add years to your life? Not smoking, drinking in moderation, being active and your '5 a day' fruit & veg. As a non-drinker myself, I wasn't clear on whether it was advising me to START drinking the suggested 1-14 units of alcohol a week, haha! (No chance).
