As for the Lemo reciepe, Ohhhhh yes please, I love in particular the real cloudy stuff. Please help.
As for the treat day, I see what you saying but at the mo Ive got no intentions of having bacon sarnie for example, If I did I would Im a stubborn git, Its just that if I dont want one, I wont have one just for the sake of having a treat, Does that make sense? Ive got no doubts I will need one someday but until then I will carry on. As for golf, My handicap is my golf! Im useless but hey it makes the walk interesting.0 -

... it didn't come across that way old son, fret not. When you do want a bacon sarnie though, have it - just save it for genuine treats. The deprivation would do you more harm than the sandwich in the long run, I promise you.0 -

Hello everyone.
I'm hoping a good Christmas and New Year was had by all. We had a fab time and I have thoroughly enjoyed eating over the last few weeks. I had pushed myself to lose those few extra pounds before Christmas so that I could eat what I liked over the festive period, however tomorrow it's back to WW and I know I have put on however I am quite worried about weighing in. I know that I still won't have to pay as I will be within my goal weight, however I feel bad for indulging, does anyone else feel like this?
Anyway if anyone can give me pointers about how to effectively maintain I would be grateful as once I have lost another couple of lb I would like to look at maintaining. It's difficult at moment with weaning my baby and feeding him myself knowing exactly what's best as WW allow extra points for breastfeeding but to maintain too that will mean having about 30 odd points per day. Any advice will be gratefully received.

FFM, DON'T PANIC - it will be okay, it's only one tiny eensy weensy lb. You've probably just banged your leg on the 10kg rice sack in your hallway and put on a lb of bruise
Tee hee :rotfl:
Rice now living in the kitchen - but taking up a lot of 'surface' space, I still need to relocate it. Will feed a family of 4 for 40 days though - true MSE.
