just a quick check in as work going MAD! When will they realise that just because I am a shared resource it doesn't mean I can do everything for everyone at the same time?
Sigh, back to the ff supernoodles and the grindstone. off for a birthday day out tomorrow - champagne cocktails wa-hey! And both MSE and LW friendly too, because after just 1 i'm so giddy that it's straight onto the diet cokes.0 -

well done on the maintain suggs :j :j I wish I was in your gang:rotfl:
Hungry I feel all day:rotfl: yes missyg just a way of life for me also;) I have alloted times to eat and stick to them religiously, porridge keeps you full up until lunch love it, 9/12/5/9 are my eating/insulin times, 3 is an apple, after dinner if it is impossibly hungry sugar free jelly:D
I would rather be hungry slim and fit into my clothes than last week piling it on and bloated, over full, gassy, irritable, numbers high, feeling sick and ill from all the fat and sugar, hot lemon in the last 4 days is seeing to it that I feel million times better:D0 -
Losers, maintainers, well done.
With all the talk of evening snacking, it seems a timely point to remember that the vast majority of research advises that there is nothing wrong with evening eating/drinking, as long as you have the points/cals/syns left anyway. The only reason that it gets a bad name is that it's the last food you eat...... 300 calories is 300 calories whether you take it in during morning, noon or night. It's one of the first things SW told us; if you have the syns left then use them. Far better that than deciding that healthier eating is too regimented.katiepoppycat wrote: »When will they realise that just because I am a shared resource
.... why does the News Of The World never use those words? 'Log on for video footage of two Premiership footballers and their shared resource'0
