  • dried fruit - si that a preference QT or a habit? (just nosey :D) dried apricots and pineapple are great for sweet stuff...

If you're a late nighter (ditched studentdom a year back so I know what its like!) why not make some jelly or something else snacky or actually build in a new meal...kinda like brunch but bewteen tea and brekkie...tekkie? then you could build your meal plans around it so you could have a little leeway for something a bit more heartier...soup?

Nuts can be calorific but for the most part they have good fats...swap your crisps with baked versions or snack-er-jacks...low fat yogurts are also nice...

    oh...and fruit salad...
figure out what you normally munch on an build around it...even if you have your usuals...choose them as a conscious decision rather than just a reflex cupboard filler....you'll enjoy them more that way

ahhh, Should be able to find LOADS in london. Im in awe everytime i go near london, the shops are quadtruple the size down here in sunny kent. Not that ive been to london many times! been to france more often than my own capital.

You know this waist to hip ratio, its not all that informative is it? All my weight is on my hips and bum BIG TIME its like beyonce and jlo combined down there, so i dunno how you can be percieved as overweight if youre apple or pear, i might be a size 6 on top but have size 16 bum.

with ww, do you need to get right in there and buy the food and then buy this that and the other?

I dont think id have the guts to go though, my bmi cant be that bad now with my new scales :p
    BMI: 24.5 or 23.5 i cant remember if im 5'3 or 5'4!

.....you don't have to buy anything from the group. They do nice sweets and choc bars, but a lot of them are on sale in Asda. You can get all the weight watchers ready meals from the supermarkets. It's extremely easy to follow WW with just the points book and never go to a class after the first one*.

BMI of under 25?!?!?! Get outta the fatties forum!!! lol (only kidding of course)

    * But the pocket-sized points calculator (£5) really helps too.

Ajax, i am flabbed. Ive got fat thighs and hips. My hips are 42inches i think, then i wear some 10 tops so im well out of proportion. My ideal weight is 9 stone something.

Also youre comment is the reason i wouldnt want to go! People would be thinking the same thing, but i can tell you that clothes work wonders, underneath its all flab flab flab.

qt, i was a bell i think? my what not to wears were: short skirts and skinny jeans. I have and wear both! If i have a flowly mini skirt and stand sidewides my legs look good, its just front on they dont. Im a fussy eater also, hate it sometimes but i dont like cake or buscuits which i thank god for, cos imagine how fat i would be if i did!

..Or go on ebay. there are some starter packs there at the mo & all the other books you can get from class for coupla quid each. There's a few points calculators on there too. there's also the stuff for slimming world & RC too if that helps. I've got a few bits on watch at the mo just to give me a little helping hand. I'm still going it alone but look at all the programmes for inspiration.
Life is like a box of chocs ..... i've got a soft centre but I ate the whole box.

I think trinny and susannah are suitable for older people and a general rule.

If i cant wear mini skirts now i certainly wont be able to some years time! poo to if i have tree trunk legs or not, my boyfriend doesnt complain and hes the only one that matters (and patrick swayze circa dirty dancing era if he was to ever walk past me)
