  • Been having a quick shufty at the tescotracker thing...not bad
It seems really easy to navigate...need to look into adjusting their points allowance but it just took me five minutes to add in a meal that I cooked last night for tonights tea from scratch...I know I didn't include everything (there's only procrastination I can do before guilt sets in ) but it was really easy to add foods....(downside being it won't measure veg in halves and I tend to think in entire meal terms rather than how much of each would go in a portion) quite a good guide...apparently if I have nothing else to eat today (I'm sure a yogurt will creep in somewhere) then I've munched through 1070 cals :D

    quite good going....

    Thanks ajax!

Now if you could give me a link on how to buy motivation that would be even better!

...... that would be great, and hopefully Tesco would misprice it so we can get double the difference.

I'm struggling to make sense of the Tesco Tracker thing. It won't recognise my weight watchers ready meal, it doesn't know about Warburtons Organic bread..... oh, woe is me!

Warburtons Organic Sliced White Bread 400g (doesn't link to anything I just copied and pasted it )

If you use the search food types box in the tracker then try just using one search word...so type in warburtons and then you get a list to scroll though

it wouldn't recognise red pepper so I searched for pepper...

    dunno if that helps

    Hi everyone,

Hope everyone is well and welcome to all the newbies

Congratulations Efrieze on SOTF and thanks Brighton Belle for doing the chart again. I hope you are feeling a bit better and not in so much pain.

Ephemera - I must I am the same as you - I can't bring myself to chuck out things with nothing wrong with them and I always feel guilty if I give away sweets/goodies that I have got as presents so I'll check the sell by dates and will include one or two "wee" treats in my calorie count every day. I know it might not be the "healthy way" but I know if I am having my daily treat I won't end up craving sweet stuff and I will enjoy them.

Grannynise - there is no need to feel old because you were born the year before in 1967 - as they say you are only as old as you feel and you certainly don't look old in your photos - I would love to be a glamourous granny like yourself when my time comes

Delly - glad the stats went well today - keep it up till next time and hopefully you will be weighed, the scales will be good to you and the nurse will be happy too.

Thriftmonster - hope you didn't get snowed in and have a good trip

Victory - hope the sugar levels have settled and you are feeling okay and I'm sure you'll enjoy Grease - I wish it was me that was going

Suggs - Hope your daughter and mum have a good birthday and well done on the maintain.

Vix - Hope the essay is still going okay - it will be worth it in the end.

Ajax - Of course it was a great year - that's when we were born - as for Albion - which one won the cup - Stirling Albion or Albion Rovers? (Shows how much I know about football!!

    Heh...you're out of luck ajax...
they do have weight watchers ready meals stuff (search for 'weight' under ready meals).

They don't have your ricotta and canelloni one though. They do have tesco healthy eating versions...I guess the flaw with this site ios I can't find any function where you can add in the nutritional info from the packet....

If it's of similar values they do have then you could add that and pretend? (only good if you're using it as a rough guide though)

    Sure there's a way round it ....

... yeah, stick with the WW points as that's the only one that really matters :)
