My worst xmas present considering I am diabetic was a belguim box of choc biscuits from my boss who yes does know:rotfl: :rotfl: the kids ate them, then I had thorntons chocs from my mum, yes she knows:rotfl: :rotfl: H ate them all, my mum made me a treacle tart and was startled when I refused to eat it, the kids ate it, well devoured it:rotfl:

My brother when we went to see them all for the day had for dessert choc yule log, double choc cake, my mums treacle tart and was also surprised when I said no to all:rotfl:

If you go to your User CP and choose Edit Options, you can select to view various numbers of posts per page. It sounds as if you are set on 40 posts per page and BB is set on 20 posts per page. So you have half the number of pages to view because you have twice as many posts per page.

Hello is ok to join you guys again?? I was a member back in jan 07 and lost 1.5 stone but i lapsed and gained 1 stone back. So going to try again this year, hubby is 30 in may and we have a big night out planned I have a lovely dress to wear but as you've probably guessed it doesn't fit!! Need to lose at least a stone (more would be great) but more importantly tone up!!

    Hi everyone!

Is it possible for me to join the group...I think I did so about 6 months ago...but unfortunately I went back to my bad habits quickly. My goal, for this new year is to lose weight, according to those charts I am 'obese'. I weigh around 14 st 2' and I am around 5ft 6', size 18. I have been trying to lose weight for years, although I have always been big. It is not easy for me because my two best friends are slim models, who always tell me that I look fine. However I am not happy with the way I look and I know that my health is not that great- back ache (due to big boobs), and I am unfit.

So yeah if anyone has any good tips that would be great...

Also is there a thread with a list of good advice..ie. I was told that it is good to eat your meal on a table and chew loads and that...?

    Thanks in advice guys!

Hopefully this year I will be more committed and make my goal...!

    Cheers QT x

Found it! I think to make it easier I will start from zero again. New year, new start! :D (Starting at 226.2 lbs)
I'm getting excited now that I can clearly see the end in sight! No way will I ever get credit again!

    Hi all

I think I need to rejoin here to get me straight back on track after xmas...
Did reach target by summer last year and have stayed 3lb within it so stopped goin to classes. Am now 6lb above target and we still have enough chocolate to open a shop. As this is my massive downfall things don't look so good!! Did go to gym once over xmas tho...
