    Happy New Year All!!

Time for me to re-join this thread I think :D I've not been on for a while (a mixture of work & Christmas!)

I am currently 226.2 lbs (Christmas has been kind) and I want to get down to 196 lbs by the end of the year. Have I missed the spreadsheet thingy for Jan? Can I be squeezed in? If I've missed it no worries.
I'm not going to try too hard in this first week, my Birthday is on the 4th (my 24th:p) and we are booked into a greek restuarant. I will be having diet cola in my vodka thou :D

My first meal of 2008 will be a lovely baked bass with rice or jacket potato. The plan is to start as I mean to go on!

  • Morning everyone,
Hope you all had a good evening. We had a very good one - plus quite virtuous - the friends who came round don't really drink, so dh and I had a fairly good evening dietwise - and the food went down well - although the jelly layer on top of the mousse collapsed when I turned it out - note to self: use half the water next time. The kids played on the Wii and we sat round talking - ds1 first footed us and they went at 12.40 - so nice and peaceful really.

They also brought a tin of Quality Street, which has been decimated - that's fine, I can't really eat chocolate - but they also brought a bag of parsnip crisps which were gorgeous!!! - I tipped the last ones in the bin last night after they'd gone to avoid the temptation and there's part of a bag of cashews left - so need to get rid of those asap - bet you can't tell what my weakness is.

Hope everyone is having a good morning - I have to go and start loading the dishwasher in a minute

Happy New Year to all my lovely friends on here! Hope you're all geared up for 2008 - well, it's probably a little harsh for some of you :D so tomorrow will do fine!
I'm in a very good mood and and v excited about the year ahead! This morning my body was so heavy and lethargic, I think it's the massage so it's a good thing. I didn't have to get up so snuggled up til half ten and enjoyed it. Been makin lists (of course :D) and popping into all my new threads on here -I am fired up for all my challenges!:T
One more to go and then I'm off to tidy up and make veg chilli and mushroom soup for the freezer (got some v cheap mushrooms yesterday). Have a great day all xxx
